Everyone else had their food when we came in and it was a pretty slow Wednesday 11ish. Took a half hour for 2 meals. (Eggs, bread and hashbrowns). Chairs are hard wood, no cushions. Wood theme decor. Clean. Cute bathroom. Friendly waitress. Food was awesome. Plenty of spacing between tables.

I came for brunch on a Thursday. Wasn't too busy so no wait. We had a seat the moment we walked in and had cups of water soon after. The menu looks like it offers something for everyone. We both ordered eggs Benedict. I with the smoked salmon and my wife had the bacon. Both hollandaise were split and the eggs were hard boiled. Outside of that, it tasted like most other eggs Benedict in Duluth. The hash browns were crispy and perfect. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other dishes on the menu as I've heard there's many that are amazing. The one and only picture I took this time was the espresso. I felt that the espresso warrants a mention here as it was perfect. The dining room is a tad on the loud side, so be prepared to raise your voice.

We've in the past years enjoyed NLC, however today 5/7 was a disappointment. Sunday breakfast only ok. But the food fell far short of quality to value. We were looking forward to the nlc potatoes, they were a stretch, deep fried. The waffles were soft, not crispy. The bill ,no bev. Was 32.00 for two plus tip. Service was good. I am not in a hurry to return.

Fantastic! You might have to wait for a table but it's worth it. The food is incredibly simple breakfast|lunch items, but holy goddess Dua Lipa, is it also incredibly tasting! Will definitely be back! (Pictured: breakfast burrito and chicken and waffles!)😍🥵

We were in Duluth and a friend met us here for breakfast. This a cute little restaurant nestled off the beaten path. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We waited for a short time for a table. Our server was Alyvia. She took our order and we asked specifically for no green onions. We shared the Hot honey chicken and waffles this is Belgian waffles and seasoned crispy fried chicken drizzled with a chili pepper infused honey. It was good. It definitely needed more hot honey. This came covered in green onions which we ended up picking off. The waffle was delicious with a slight vanilla taste. Chicken was good well with a nice crunch. Overall it lacked that hot honey flavor. The side was their New London potatoes. They were good lacked a little seasoning. We also shared the Eggs Benedict this is two eggs any style served on a toasted English muffin and slices of bacon then covered with a rich hollandaise sauce. The bacon was AMAZING! this is a good version of your standard eggs Benedict. The side was hash browns which were cooked perfectly with a great crunch. Just lacked seasoning. Our friend had the breakfast burrito. This is two scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar, applewood bacon, potatoes, pinto beans, avocado, and salsa on the side. Large burrito with good flavor. Overall a good little restaurant. There are some things on the lunch menu will come back to try. We did have to go find our own silverware, but our server said she was new and we were okay with the hiccups. She was fun with a great personality.

Although we came 15 min before close, we were welcomed with a smile and served without a problem. 😊

New owners. New menu. The new blue paint on the walls is the best part. The service was okay but getting the food to the table was super slow. My 2 eggs over medium were served too crispy and cold. Ketchup? Is it Heinz? IDK. Oh, and and then there’s was a customer/regular sitting at the counter talking on her speaker phone to someone. What business lets customers do that? My husband said his omelet was good.

I understand that places get busy, and that getting customers their meals means making money a business needs to survive. What I don't get is undercutting (hopefully) a high standard of product when busy in order to move people through. There was a wait as could be expected on a gorgeous day, and yet the service, while good, was very brisk. If you can't afford to hire enough servers for a busy weekend perhaps don't offer so many seats. This was fine, as I know how it feels to be overwhelmed with customers. And yet to be out of milk and creamer, yet not provide any disclaimer and still run as a full service brunch spot felt disingenuous and honestly a bit rude. Anyway, I ordered eggs Benedict with moderate expectations. The hollandaise was solid but the english muffins were damp and soggy and thoroughly unpleasant. The breakfast potatoes were not entirely cooked, which made the American cheese (a boon in most situations) stand out that much more. Please take your time to make the food good, and learn how to say no or wait so that you can provide your best. I know you can do it buddy, you're so close!

Our favorite breakfast spot in Duluth! They have great coffee from freshly roasted beans, amazing hash browns, and a very fun menu. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried, from breakfast sandwich to French toast to the classic breakfast. I strongly recommend giving it a try!
