I use to like stopping at this convenient store on my way to work but lately there has been these 2 ladies, who really don't show any kind of customer service!!! AT ALL!!! I AM very disappointed, they work the am shift usually but I'm sorry holiday you've lost a loyal customer thanks to these 2 woman! I have never gotten treated so poorly anyone else there either, I don't know how they still are working there because I know I'm not the only one they've treated so disrespectfully and not the first time these 2 little girls treated me SO HORRIBLY and I feel like its racism going on why it's not the first time I've been treated so poorly. THIS TOWN NEEDS CHANGE IN THIS TYPE OF STUFF!!!!
Car wash closed more then open I drove by 3 kwick trip car washes to get to this one and it’s closed 6 times out 10 .. I have the holiday car wash club I will be canceling when I gotta go buy a wash from the very gas stations I drove by
I have been going to this place for 9 years. The place has gone downhill since new staff arrived. Terrible attitude, stand around doing nothing. Your wait time is a joke. Expired drinks, or cold food. The trash they have working behind the counter is hideous. Get better workers that actually want to work. Get workers that don't have such a terrible attitude and terrible work ethic. The bathroom is gross. I will spend my money somewhere else. Trust me so will others.
Beware of this place!!! I lurched a full tank of 91 octane gasoline on 3/9/2023. Within 2 miles of the store my car was struggling with power. I could not get it to go over 30 miles an hour. They have water in their gas! When I stopped by the store on 3/10, I was told to “come back Monday when the manager was there. No one asked for my contact info or anything, they just acted like this was nothing new. I suspect multiple people have complained about this. I contacted Holiday through FB and was told that my only recourse was to file a claim through the store. I stopped by on Monday 3/13 and the manager was not in. I left my info to call me. It took two days. I was told I would get a call back and never did. I called this morning and am being told it’s a corporate matter. My car is now completely inoperable and sitting in a Super one parking lot. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! now I have no car and am missing work as a result! Terrible place! I would give you a zero star if is could. BBB is my next stop!
Entire gas station was out of order. Wasted time driving here
Clean fast friendly service. Place is spread out and very roomy. Clean bathrooms. Lots of coffee and soda for your thirsty needs.
Came in to get some lunch, however they had nothing ready and when I asked for a simple Junior dog for my kid they told me I had to wait an hour. If I were to walk into any other holiday or kwik Trip they would have just said okay wait 3 to 4 minutes we'll get that ready for you
Holiday on Grand Avenue in Duluth, Minnesota off I-35. Quick stop for bathrooms and to fill gas tank. Clean bathrooms. Have new Mountain dew flavors.
Have always had great service here, very friendly folks. Last Sunday the fob on my new truck wouldn't work. It was 11 below wind chill, I had a splitting headache, had to call for a ride to go get the other fob, then that wouldn't work. The manager, sorry didn't get his name, Julie behind the counter and another young man with blond hair (didn't get his name either) were so kind. The manager gave me a cup of coffee while I waited. Julie had me look on you tube on how to start your vehicle when the fob doesn't work and we figured it out - yay!! They were cheering hallelujah when my truck started! They made a very frustrating experience a whole lot better!
I usually have a positive experience at Holiday. I've always been a Holiday person and I go to holiday about once a week because it is in walking distance of my home. But if I have a choice I prefer Kwik Trip now. Better prices, happier staff (and better employee benefits), more variety, lots of hot food. UPDATE 12/2021: THIS IS NOW MY GO TO. It is closer than any other store to me. Staff definitely recognizes their regulars and are very friendly and good at their jobs. I get A+ service every single time.
Every time I've been it's been good! The store is nice and the cashiers are for the most part polite, I have so far not had a bad experience :)
I needed gas and a fast meal. Pulled in, got my sandwich and paid for the partial tank of gas that I wanted/needed. Ended up with a job opportunity that matches my very busy schedule and a great reason to spend time in West Duluth. (Oh and the pumps were easier to use than Kwik-Trip.)
They're cleaning their pumps. With everything going on right now, this is awesome to see!

It's not a 24-hour store and I haven't changed their hours in over two or three months and I walked all the way down there which means they're management a bunch of idiots
Here’s a tip avoid any store with a redbox outside of it. They attract lowlifes like a moth to a flame. The store itself is dirty and the people that work there seem miserable.

Usually friendly staff. There have been a few instances where it seems they’re having a bad day. Melody, Bryce, Tony, and both Melissas are fantastic!
