Girl with blond/black hairdoo was visibly angry, dumb stuff an wouldn't give me ice water with coffee, some people work. Think that;s what you call small town BS,....at Barnes & Noble.......at a Starbucks?
Very nice and clean. The kids section is wonderful. There is a great selection of books. Don't forget to stop by some of discount book tables or clearance selection also for great bargains or gift ideas.

I love how Barnes and Noble has increased the size of the board games available. They have more and better variety than Legacy Toys.
I could spend hours here. Staff is very helpful when asking questions.
Always fun to stop at Barnes and Noble in Duluth to buy a book or two and have coffee and dessert. Can't beat that.
The employees here are WONDERFUL! We forgot a shopping bag here while from out of town. When we called them up, they offered without hesitation to mail the package to us. So very sweet :)

Found books I didn't know I needed, among other kick knacks. They have a very chill coffee shop within that is great for meeting people.
It was ok I didn't find what I was looking for, one of the workers looked up what I was looking for and it was way to much to spend on one dot to dot book it was 12.99 up to 24.99 and if u ask me that's to much for an adult dot to dot book
A good, quiet atmosphere to browse around in.
I have been to other locations in Pittsburgh, Huntsville, Gadsden, 5th Ave, Chattanooga, Sarasota, Chicago and many more and this particular location in Duluth has left me with a lot to desire. I understand that it is not going to be organized to perfection but this one even had books on the floor. I asked someone for help and they told me they would be back to help me and even after I waited 15 minutes I didn’t see him again. I do have to say that my most pleasant interaction was with the lady that checked me out, super friendly, courteous and cheerful, she is the reason I’m giving this store 4 stars without her I would have given them a 2.

A lot of books But . . My grandson and I had a hard time finding books about old cars and classic racing cars. Only found a few.???
They have good coffee teas, lattes etc.
It's a big place with lots of books and I asked for an oldie and the dude found it in like 15 minutes!!! How I have no clue!
They have all the books I ever wanted for cars painting and custom.
Went to the Cafe. It was good, but the display includes chips. When I asked about the chips, I was told they weren't included.....but nowhere did it say that. False advertising is not cool. If it shows chips, and doesn't say they are not included, we'll, I expect the item to be there. The blatant misleading display lost you two stars. I thought false advertising was illegal.....
I all ways get my book and other supplies from Barnes and Noble.
