Maggie is a very talented at what she does. She achieved exactly what I was looking for. And the gentleness was unbelievable, I could barely feel her do my lashes. I definitely recommend her!!

The app is confusing and I accidentally redeemed points that I didn’t get to use, but the environment of this caribou is much nicer than the busy Target Starbucks where I used to go. The seating is nice and conducive to long coffee convos with a new close friend.
The set up was wonderful. Expect for some lights that were to low people above 5 ft 3inches can't walk under them. The staff we great. The places was very clean.
Waited for 15 min forgot the food and then gave attitude when I asked for silverware which was forgotten about as well. Glad I tipped
Way too much Chai flavor in my XL iced Chai. They Lost count or it's a bad prank. Undrinkable. Tastes like a mixed sack of candles from Bath and Body works.
Stopped in when passing by to get a coffee! Ended up with the Caramel High Rise Cooler and the hubs got an espresso with vanilla drink! Staff were super friendly and helpful with questions! We had our youngest 2 kids with us and the lady working the register gave them stickers! Cute place & LOTS of options for tumblers, coffee bags, mugs & teas! Had a few breakfast options as well!
This is becoming so unexceptionable! They need to wait a few moments and finish filling the cup with with crafted press. Every time I swing in here this is what my cup looks like. One time I watched them realize I ordered an XL size instead of a large that they put the drink into…. And so they just poured it into an XL cup and added more ice, still leaving inches at the top!! A few other caribous end up with cups that look this way, but most have leaned to wait and fill it further!! Definitely do not recommend getting any type of iced crafted press here!!

Today was a rainy dreary day and I went to get my FAVORITE milk chocolate mocha for a pick me up. I was blown away by the absolute amazing customer service that William provided. Working in the service industry myself, I understand how hard things are right now. He welcomed me with a smiling face and was just the best service I’ve had in a long time. I feel lucky I walked in today while he was there because he absolutely made my day. Thank you so much!
Coffee was delicious! The cake was something to write home about.
