This place has beautifully made dishes in a town where elevated food almost doesn’t exist. A pure gem. Food was tasty & filling. Bloody Mary was strong and had a unique flavor. **My only critique is the Hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict tasted like butter and needed a little more flavor - the waitress did share with me they are changing up their recipe so it’s a little different than what’s on the menu. Edit: We tried the dinner menu. My brisket was dry, definitely wouldn’t order again. the filet mignon was on special and was beautifully cooked. Also the kids mac n cheese is the bomb, such a unique flavor and elevated beyond just your standard kids Kraft Mac n cheese
I had to give Leader's 5 stars all the way across the board. It is so awesome to go into a restaurant and be treated well and have food that is worth eating. I love the small town feel and the warmth that you get when you walk in the door. Thank you for such a pleasant surprise!! We'll be back soon!
I took my adult son and my granddaughter for breakfast today. The atmosphere was great, service was great, what a cute restaurant, we were very excited to visit for the first time! The food was subpar at best, we ordered pop-overs they were served cold, my coffee tasted old and bitter, from the biscuits and gravy to the eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and sausage, it was hard to eat. My 5 year old granddaughter couldn't even eat the sausage. We left thinking it must have been the grease they cooked with ???? Unsure. It is a very cozy environment, we may give it another go for lunch or dinner just incase it was an off day!
Great layout, waitress was super. Food was great. Will go back, great small town restaurant.
Abi provided outstanding service. She had a good attitude and was very attentive. The food was pretty decent as well, will definitely be going back for the service alone.
Had a great time here for brunch. We enjoyed our coffee flights, app of popovers, and breakfast food! Yumm!
Best restaurant in Cambridge! Great food and service! A bit pricey but still worth it. Every meal has been fabulous. The interior is well decorated and the attached storefront is also adorable.
The service was terrible. Waited for almost 30 mins to even get our drinks. Our appetizers arrived as quick as our drinks. Food was subpar, apps were warm not hot, main courses were just so so. Our drinks were empty while I watched three servers and a bar back chat at the bar I finally approached the bar and asked for a round for our table. The service in this place will be the end of this restaurant. You cannot seat someone and expect them to wait almost 30min to get a drink. Mind you this isn’t a large venue and the help appears to be plenty, just not concerned with the customers needs.
The BEST gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had! Everything at Leader is just right— the cozy vibe, the quality food, the portion sizes, the prices. I will come back again and again!
I’ve only ever had takeout from this restaurant, but every time I’ve had it, the food has been warm and delicious. I’ve tried a couple things on the menu, and all of them were very consistent that they were delish. The vibe in the restaurant is great and so cute

I really love the ambiance of this bright and fresh little restaurant. The menu is delicious! I had the Swedish Meatballs w mashers and candied carrots.
Amazing food that looks as it looks. Wonderful ambience, service and plates & silverware all reflect quality. I cant say enough good things about this local gem!
Honestly we drove past the place many times with it being in a department store with the big windows. What a mistake! Amazing food, wine, atmosphere and the most amazing service! Will be back often!
A super cute local place with a great ambiance, it’s a mix between a diner and laid back coffee shop. I enjoyed the brisket sandwich off the lunch menu and would recommend the ranch with your fries. So good!

Leader is definitely a hidden gem. Food is great, coffee is amazing and the experience of Leader is one you don't or will forget. My wife and I love coming here on our last minute lunch or breakfast date without the kids. Service is always great, menu is breakfast and lunch. Fresh bread!! New menu looks and tastes great so far. Don't forget to ask about the latte flavors they have. I like the smores.

We recently discovered this fantastic restaurant. The food was delicious, service excellent, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We had the beet salad and the chicken dinner plus popovers. Wish we lived closer!!!!
