I adore this place. However, be careful about what you buy at their deli. They as of late apparently don’t concern themselves with pulling expired product. Purchased & ate a sandwich (I unknowingly didn’t realize until checking the wrapper later) that it was 6 days expired. I got food poisoning. I always make sure to check the sell by dates (I always find expired product?) before purchasing food here because this has happened more than once to me, family, and friends who purchase lunch here.
Fresh produce, good selections, clean store,excellent hot food served, lots of parking. You can become a member.. courteous checkout service. Great Coffee ☕️. These pecans are great.

What a treasure the City Center Market is to Cambridge. It's like your local co-op, grocery store, and deli all in one. You can purchase sandwiches, soups, coffee, and more. I love the selection of produce, groceries, and bulk items that this co-op has on-hand. They offer an excellent selection of organic and healthier food options. It's a clean and enjoyable store to shop. The cashiers and employees are always friendly.

City center is the very best of small town character! There are quality organic groceries at the Food coop and delicious produce. You can pick up your morning coffee at the deli or drift over to the connected bookstore to find the very best new and used books.
10 outta 10! What a hidden gem! Walk up to well maintained flowers, good selection, wonderful staff! Honestly will drive the 30miles just to visit again 🥰
My absolute favorite place to go to. Great place to go to if you are wanting to shop for foods that go along with a certain diet, I'm vegetarian and I get the best plant-based proteins from here. Love it soooooo much!
There was a problem with my son's order & John explained the problem. The mgr John found what my son needed on a shelf & helped me bring it into my car. The cashier was fantastic. Great smile & friendly attitude. The place was very clean. I did have a Mocha Frappe. It was strong & excellent. The young ladies working there r very friendly & extremely happy. Their salad bar was extremly fresh. The counter was clean. I'm going back & trying another coffee & have a salad. They do have a place to sit inside as well as outside. I'd also recommend going to the bookstore. The lady was very friendly & helpful. Clean store.
I love buying the bulk spices and products at this store. So many healthy food choices and also herbal medications cleaning supplies and bath & body products.
I love City Center Market; especially the coffee shop. I love the big smile and hello that I receive from Amber and from the other barista's. Everyone is so helpful, kind and nice. The latte's are delicious and there is always a special latte or new drink to try. I also love the fresh scones, and many times when I stop to pick them up they are still warm. I like that they offer gluten free options for my GF friends and the muffins are delicious as well. One of the other things that I really like are the smoothies and the salad & soup bar. If you are looking for a place to get a great cup of coffee, a quick lunch or want a spot to meet a friend or just relax by yourself; this is a great place to stop and in the summer there is outdoor seating. Yum...just thinking of those warm scones!!
I found what I needed. I am very disappointed in the checkout person. He acted as if I was interrupting his day. I understand that he, as well as the rest of the team, were restocking shelves, but for a small business, I really expect better customer service. He asked if I wanted to round my purchase up, which I did. No, thank you. No, have a nice day or anything. I bagged my 5 items He never even offered. I probably would have overlooked this if there was someone in line behind me, but at the time, I was the only one checking out.
