Fast service and I like that!
The ladies working this morning were soo helpful and worked soo well as a team! It’s a Monday and their spirits were very happy and cheerful. Love it!
Much better than Starbucks with their east coast attitudes. Get a hot fresh cup of Minnesota nice to perk you up in the morning.
Mmmm Caribou!
I was being a valued customer over 5years, this caribou coffee branch is the worst one . There is an old lady taking orders in the counter who doesn’t take correct order and have hearing issues or idk what more. I have been charged with a blueberry muffin instead of a blueberry bagel with cream cheese which they misplaced in the order and when I asked about it they were like muffin and bagel are same price and didn’t even ask me about refunding the difference in the price, also I see the bill was 5.13$ which was more than the actual price. In fact, also the total order should be around 3$ plus tax if it was for a bagel or a muffin and the other young lady in the counter was like that’s ok without even asking about the refund “Dude it’s not ok, learn some basics and common sense . It’s not ok if you charge customer wrongly with a random charge and not ask them for a refund the difference amount in the first place the bill was charged 2$more I didn’t debate further and left from there”. Never going to this branch again. This took place around afternoon on 03/03/23. I am not sure why do they hire such Dum folks to loose their customers.
Friendly staff and the bakery next door is a plus!

Super staff, wonderful selection of food and coffee!! I got the cold pressed oat milk cold foam coffee and two Just Egg flatbreads- yummy! My friends got a lumberjack each, the nitro cold press and a turtle coffee. They loved it too! My partner said that he had a better nitro/cold brew elsewhere, but he was still happy.
Who doesn't love coffee? Very friendly staff at this location. Wonderful people!

This is the first time at this location to dine in for a shot. It is ok not bad only 4 star due to no booth style seating here at this location. But don't get me wrong everything include service is amazing here only walking order doesn't have drive in. Could be improved on the future. Location wise is located on a super busy highway intersection. Getting here can take some time especially in the afternoon; early morning is ok less traffic. Staff is very friendly they been greet upon entering which is a plus.
The line was a little long but service was friendly and once we ordered drinks and food were quick.

This is my favorite Caribou. The team are kind, helpful, and work to get to know me and my orders. They are great and worked so hard through the pandemic and staffing shortages. I appreciate them. I usually order ahead because there's usually a line.
Quick service and friendly employees. Haven’t had any bad experiences. Can’t say anything about the bakery but it’s cool that it’s a thing I suppose. Great turtle mocha.
Great staff and great tasting coffee!
Fix your lids so they don’t leak on people ! They’re design is terrible and then you took straws away so every time you try and take a sip the leaky lid drips on you. This is happened enough times I’m actually writing a review because of it, so hopefully you’ll fix it!
Every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. Last week I came to this location with my puppy in the car since it claims that it has a drive through. I drove around the location twice, and ended up having to drive to a different caribou that ACTUALLY has a drive through and indicated on google that there is not a drive through option at this location. I see that still hasn’t been updated. Today I went and ordered a hot press. The barista asked me if i wanted a crafted press, I asked if they are the same thing? She said yes so I agreed and she put the order in. When I got home I immediately realized that the crafted press is NOT the same thing at all as the hot press. I almost wanted to go back and ask for the correct drink but the workers are so unfriendly that I don’t think I’ll ever go to this location again. Guess I shouldn’t have trusted that the baristas working there would actually know the menu well enough to know what I was ordering.
