My wife and I decided to go for walk and since we both like Caribou Coffee, we stopped in for coffee and I got my wife a bagel with cream cheese and I got cinnamon coffee cake. The coffee is always good along with baked items.

This cafe is the absolute worst. If I could give negative stars, I would. Due to the inattentiveness of the staff at the store, I was waiting for 5 minutes to order at the register. The staff were talking boisterously in the back and did not focus on anything in the store. Not only that, the staff brought in a dog 30 minutes later. It was led into the bar. If the dog remained in the customer area, I would have been fine but I can only imagine the amount of hairs and particles the dog may have left there. I am highly disturbed by the condescending nature of the staff here as well. Unfortunately I had to leave in a rush and was unable to return the tables and chairs I had moved around. Instead of saying nothing, the staff sarcastically "thanked" me for not cleaning up after myself. I am appalled by such behavior as this is no way to talk to a customer.
Second time here, and the first time was amazing. But the second time was questionable. Got there around 9 in the morning. The lady that took my order looked like she was working in her pajamas, anyways I was the only one in line atm, and she forgot what I ordered. Instead of talking to me she went to talked to her co worker in a very loud, rowdy, noisy way about my order "her!!!" She sounded mean that I found it hard to interrupt their conversations just to remind her about what I ordered. It took her about 3 minutes to just finally to come ask me what I ordered. By then two people already came by and got their drinks before I got mine. The perfessionalism here is very questionable or maybe it's just that lady's work ethics. Not going here anymore. Maybe next year or in a long run.

Drinks and food are wonderful as always. Staff here is always so kind. Today they were extra sweet. Favorite breakfast item is ham and Swiss sandwich.
Grat coffee, great staff, adequate prices (can't make it at home like this).
Fast service. Clean. Close to Petco and other retail stores. What more could you want.

Always, and I mean ALL THE TIME, im waiting a long time for my order . I always do curbside pick up and order 10-15 mins ahead of time/before arrival. (Closes one to my house) Very unsatisfied to be waiting another 5-10 mins or even walking in to get my own order. And some of those times my cup is dirty. (Spill) Overall, my order is always delicious.

Fast service, employees were very friendly! I got a pretzel stick, which was a bit overpriced but it was very good! The tables were a bit dirty, nothing too much that bothered me.
I just want to say most Caribous have great coffee. But the worst customer service if your skin is not white. Real talk!
Sandwich was still partially frozen and bread was watery and soggy, coffee had little to no flavor.
