Im not a fan of caribou or star barks. The coffees are wayyyy over priced for what your given. Then menus are complicated. And the coffee is just coffee. Why people jump on trends and feel more special for paying 9 dollars for a 30 oz coffee when you go to dunkins and spend 4 dollars is beyond me
Staff have been friendly, items are available and ready in a timely manner. Had issues with my perks rewards though.

update! Wireless fixed. Best hours for coffee in brainerd. Best staff! 5 stars!!!! Fix the wireless! This location still used the same centurylink 1.5M dsl line from 2005! Yikes!!!! Food and coffee are excellent though!
Asked for raspberry lemonade pretty sure they gave me peach instead 😬 I usually love Caribou but was disappointed with this location

Me and my mom got coffee and the kid that was making our drinks called out 'Cold Turtle Moca' though it was a Iced Caramel High Rise, and then she said 'Hot Turtle Moca' and it was my mother's Turtle Moca. I would have given it 5 stars if our drinks weren't mixed up. (We gave each other our drinks. Because we had each others.)
I've recently been been feeling super resistant about the upcoming move from the Metro Area to Brainerd. If you live in Brainerd or have lived - you'll be saying and thinking, "Why would you want to make a mistake like that !?" Excellent GD question!... And I'll have an answer for you later because it's a long story. Part of me always knew was going to happen... And that part is in full GD acceptance-mode while the day looms in the distance. There is a silver lining though... The people of Brainerd are kind, shirt off your back giving, and proud of their city. They are most resilient, having grown up in -30°, snow tragedy land, bare nuts cold Central Minnesota. The North! Also... There's a Caribou right down the street from us. Some luck, right? A place that can keep this new daddy awake! I'll probably bring the baby boy with to sleep, while I read in front of the 1970s looking gas fireplace. It's warm at least. Oh, and most importantly, it's quiet here. Suddenly things don't seem all that bad.

No 1/2 n 1/2 and when we asked for creamer we were told they had it at both stations. It was the little cups of creamer. It seemed that it was a major issue to have asked for the real stuff 😀 I asked for a cup of ice for my daughter's soda and was told that a normal cup would "ruin their inventory" so they gave me a small water cup with ice. Nothing I could put a lid on. If you have the choice, go to a non chain coffee shop and take care of a small business instead of a corporation.

While I love and prefer Caribou over any coffee, this location was very welcoming and they made a great White Chocolate Campfire Mocha!

I love the batista at Caribou East Brainerd Mall because they're so friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind. The coffee ALWAYS is fresh, and the special drinks are fun and made with love. This Caribou has a nice variety of snack and beverage options. I love to write on their chalk board too. I know I'll go back.
Love their coffees and food, just high prices like any similar coffee shop.
