As always good coffee
I have never seen such disorganization and slowness in my life
We're not impressed personally feel that all businesses that are US owned should be supporting veterans and active duty military personnel by giving them discount
Not very happy I order 3 drinks I got the first 2 then the lady that supposed to make my hot drink walks in back and pits something in her mouth then starts talking with a coworker then coworker sees me standing there asking me what I am waiting for then I say my hot drink... mean while I waited 20 mins for 3 drinks when it was dead inside
Five minutes to have someone take my order. Another 6-8 minutes to receive it.
I like the drive thru option and the variety of bagels to choose from. They also have good breakfast sandwiches.

I don't care for their credit card holder. Asking if you want to tip is the only reason it's still used. I pay about 20% more for the same drink than a year ago. Your new starting wages are in you. They make enough for the level of work they do. Stop asking for more

The girls behind the counter at this location care more about chit-chatting with each other than making the drinks or taking orders. Everytime I go they have no idea what they're doing. They need to get it together.
I come here semi-frequantly and rarely have I had anything close to a bad experience. Bagels are well made, and the staff is great.
It's Caribou so of course It's yummy. The staff was friendly and understanding as my kiddos were struggling. I appreciated them.
If you love coffee then great this place has a great selection! I would not recommend food. They must have recently changed policy about customizing food orders. Had been coming to this exact place for bagel with cream cheese and added bacon. It has been a few months since I last order that sandwich. This morning I went to get a cream cheese bacon sandwich and in a polite response from the gals I was told they do not customize sandwiches. Of course being pregnant and craving exactly that I wasn't happy. So instead I grab my overly charged plain ol cream cheese bagel, and passed it to a co worker of mine. It is what it is.
I was impressed with how bright and cheerful this place is. Customer service is great and fast

A little spendy but really yummy. They will custom make it for you too.
