Always awesome food and service!
This place is a joke. Part of the job of a barista is to work expeditiously. This place had zero sense of urgency. I sat at the drive through line for 10 min without anyone even acknowledging me. At the window. After I ordered.
Baristas are always amazing!
Love their drinks! Not so in love with prices, but a little cheaper than $tarrybuck$...lol... staff is always positive and pleasant to be around.

This location can either make you the single best coffee or single worst coffee you’ve ever had… it all depends on what barista is making it. Today I stopped by this location to get my usual coffee with 3 shots. What I was given was the whitest nastiest coffee… it was basically 80% milk with no espresso shot in it even tho I paid for 3. I basically threw away close to $7. But it is all worth it when the correct barista is working… the coffee is then made to perfection. If you want a good consistent Biggby go to the location by river town mall.

They did take a while to give us our order but the wait was worth it . We got two bagels, cookie butter latte and a strawberry mocktail and they were so good. My partner and I have been to different bigby locations and this one may have the best tasting bagels and drinks! The worker who took our order was also very kind and amazing ! 😊
My favorite fall drink, was cold and didn't come with any toppings.
I LOVE Biggby over any other coffee shop. However, this location is always so slow. It takes a good 20 minutes in the drive thru at times, when there are only 4-5 cars in front of me. Wish they could figure out how to get people out quickly.
Staff was awesome. They were super nice to my dog in the back and she now loves the place. They gave her the best pup cup she has had haha great staff
This location is in a Odd place the traffic in this plaza sucks..It cuts off 2 major entrances ..this line was SOOO LONG it took 1 hr. and 40 mins.for a☕ cup of coffee thru the Drive- Thru.
Long wait inside due to staff shortages. Everything else was really good.
They where so patient with a big order and helped me and answered all my questions. The staff is so amazing and have the Best Big B spirit! One of the staff remembers Sarah was amazing and patient with a smile.

This is by far the worst location. It doesn’t matter if you are first in line or 5th it’s always a 10 mins or longer stop. Coffee is never consistent. They have one window person who is very rude and makes the decisions if she wants to take your coupons or not and likes to slam the window and walk away. Management does not follow up when you reach out. Do yourself a favor and make the extra trip to go to Ivanrest location or 44th and Burlingame over Byron Center. You won’t regret it.
You literally have to have a hour of time to make it through their drive through. It’s incredibly slow, and since the inside is still closed you can be sure they are doing one order at a time. Honestly, this is pre Covid too so lack of staff really can’t be it. I like Starbucks but enjoy the sandwich options at Bigby. Starbucks can see 5 cars for every 1 car Bigby can.
Love Bigby. Great Baristas, love the drinks and snacks I can get here. Bigby really is my happy place
