No idea how rewards work, I tried to get credit for a few times I've been there, but was given a hard time from the web customer service, so I gave up. Good coffee though. Try tan lines!!
Very friendly staff and great mocha mocha freeze lattes, they’re asiago breakfast bagels are delicious. I’m always satisfied with their products and staff!
Took us like 10 minutes to get our drinks and we were the only person in line, but the drink were good, and made well.

The grossest excuse for a Turkey Havarti bragel. I should’ve shown the entire thing, but there was no cream cheese/ anything at the bottom of the tinfoil. Dry, stale bagel with nothing on it. Worth $1 at best
I love coming here. It's the only place that always makes my drink right and the staff is always so nice and friendly!
Always a great experience.... From the greeting each morning to the time I get my order. Definitely my favorite Biggby location.
Really nice staff and a pretty quiet place to study or work weekdays. One of the few places where the decaf latte tastes great. The extra big chocolate chip cookie is always soft & has big chocolate chunks. The lobby closes at 8 though, not 10 like on the door.
Went in for the first time and the girls working tonight were extremely friendly and helpful! They took care of me and gave me great suggestions. I loved the drink they suggested and this will definitely be my new go to coffee place. Thank you Biggby Westland for the excellent service and the great drink today!
Girl at the window rolls her eyes everytime you ask her a question on top of them not listening to order and making it wrong. Must be new staff because I have been going here since they opened and always had great service and drinks until today and it was the worst gonna be a long time before I go back.
This location stops making any type of flavored coffee after 2 o'clock. That is 100% the reason why i come here. And that is also the reason why I will not return. Don't get me wrong the people that work there are always friendly.
Great with our community in westland. They always make you feel like a close friend when your in store an drive thru!! Great customer service
This is one of my FAVORITE Bigby locations in the area. I love their cozy fireplace. The major downside to this Bigby is that on the weekends they are Drive-thru only. Unfortunately, this detail is not clear when looking them up on Google maps.
Love them!! I don't know if it's the noobs that just cannot make a breve for anything or they're not being taught how but it gets extremely irritating when you ask for a breve a latte and you have new people in there and they give you a regular damn latte ! Over all extremely happy and pretty much the only one I go to!
Biggby is my go to coffee place for holiday specialty coffee. There's always coupons in the mail for BOGO. My favorite is the peppermint latte 😋
I have been coming to this store for years! The employees have always been so kind and helpful and Mo and April are the best 🤩
I love this place! I’ve been getting coffee and every drink in between here for as long as I can remember! Every employee is so genuine and sweet and always makes an effort to put a smile on my face. Even in the drive through considering how cold it is lately!
Went thru drive thru and order a pepperoni stick mocha it was water down. Got boggy brew with Carmel and vanilla 2 creams was very sweet. Gave my Biggby card and never got it back. The lady in drive thru was very rude.
I love Bigby Coffee however this location has disappointed me both of the times I came here I always order an everything bagel extra toasted extra cream cheese and coffee both times I was given a bagel with the least amount of cream cheese possible if I pay extra for something I expect to receive what I have paid for still Love Bigby just not this location
Would be better if they carried ham for the bragels.
