Horrible coffee!
As a manager of two different locations east of Traverse City, these girls are wonderful. Quick service, friendly, and very accurate! Great atmosphere in this store 💞 will be coming whenever I am in Traverse City!

Pretty good
Used to be a great place. Went everyday sometimes twice. Quality of drinks and customer service is gone. Last time I asked if they could fix my drink ( second time I've asked in my 10 years going here), and the girl argued and said nothing was wrong with it. Starbucks it is.

Love going here but them asking for a tip is absolutely ridiculous and so awkward! Especially if you say no, they give you dirty looks and treat you different! Quit asking! If I wanted to tip I would with cash or id ask to put one on!
Super friendly staff and great coffee. Our son loves there magic milk and the dogs look forward to the pup cups!

I come through the drive thru on mornings I work in the office. I always pay with a card and leave a couple dollars tip. Today when I got to the window, instead of taking my card, the person at the window was emptying and playing around with the tip container. I already waiting a long time for only 2 cars in front of me. When she did take my card, she asked for a tip on the card. I've never been ASKED for a tip before. I find it SO tacky. Then she wanted me to say how much. It was super uncomfortable. Please stop asking for tips.
Slowest location. And I have been to more locations you could ever know. Her excuse was that they do the orders in the order they come in. Great. Thanks.
It doesn't matter which biggby we have went to we love them the staff is amazing even when crazy busy, the coffee is yummy as well as other beverages, and goodies. The latte's were probably 4 star quality but they get an extra star for great service.

Even though they were very under staffed and busy I was greeted with a smile on top of a great attitude and demeanor. It also helped that the coffee was absolutely delicious.
It shouldnt take half an hour to get a cup of coffee why is this place so slow...
Biggby is the jam! Good drinks for any season, or any time of the day! Kids and I have been coming here forever and we’re gonna keep coming back! Also, the turkey and havarti bragel is just too good!
