Most coffee places are overrated. Met a friend for coffee. It was fine. Coffee is overrated for the price. I make mine as t home. Just as good.

My daughter brings us coffee from Biggby when she comes to visit. We love it. We were so happy when we got a Biggby in our town. We all have our favorite coffees. and teas. My youngest likes to pick out something he hasn't tried before. The baristas are always friendly and will tell you if there's a bogo available. We would love to go to Biggby every day but it's a bit expensive. It's worth every penny.

Always love stopping in here for my frozen coffee drinks. The lobby is still closed but you can use the drive thru. Friendly coffee baristas along with great drinks. The sandwiches and other treats are also good very good.

They would have gotten a 5 but when I told them their mistake on a carmel drink that they have messed up on twice they did not make it right so not only did they look at me like I was crazy they made me feel like I was just trying to get a free drink. I use to go there all the time now I hardly go there, they kinda made me feel like they are about the money and not the customer. I work in customer service.
