Love their avalanche drink
Good Wi-Fi. They had boba which I loved. Bagel was yummy. They are inclusive toward the LGBTQ community but have horrible customer service. Spent a few hours working on laptop. No music for atmosphere. Just listening to staff and manager loudly goof off, gossip and complain. The huge sit down area is always empty. Just felt uncomfortable dining in.

This is my favorite Biggby. My dog gets super hyped as soon as I turn in their drive. She loves the pup cups.
The coffee was ok, The Chia Latte was weak and expensive. The turkey bagel was again, ok. Servers were not engaged with their customers, not professional. Lastly, the music was way too loud. This was our first and most likely last Biggby Coffee experience. Five Lakes wins hands down!!
My boyfriend and I both got very sick after drinking coffee from here today. They told my boyfriend that the drink he ordered doesn't have dairy and refused to change it to almond milk. We looked up the nutrition facts and it does have milk in it. I don't have any allergies and am also very sick.
My children and I visited this location today. One of my children is lactose intolerant and requested a milk substitute. We were then told the drink they ordered, Caramel Marvel, did not have dairy, after requesting to use a milk substitute. I am highly disappointed to know the workers at the Fawn River BIGGBY do not care about their customers.
Went to get a small hot coffee and she the heavy set red hair girl advised me they close at 8pm and i came at 7:09. Definitely need a manager on duty and this lady needs customer service retraining!!

Not enough staff. Waited 30 minutes for my order.
Love the breakfast bagel sandwich but every time I get a smoothie I have huge chunks of ice left in the bottom.
Only been here once driving through but they have excellent choices of flavored lattes.

If you order a 24 ounce hot you will actually get something closer to 16 ounces don't know they leave so much room for cream. Doesn't even matter if you ask for none. Every. single. time. Its short. I even measured it at home to see if I was justified in my frustration 16oz on the dot.
I love Biggby but I wasn't terribly impressed with the service at this one. They were less than friendly the couple times I went and the wait longer than "normal".
Honestly I wouldn’t have a problem if the barista wouldn’t of helped herself to a 2$ tip on my card without asking.
