Super Amazing Staff! Stopped by Sunday for a coffee due to not being able to get in to other places for Mother’s Day lunch. Staff assured us they could handle our 10 party family and they did AWESOME!! Great food and service!! Best Mother’s Day ever! Thank you!! We’ll be back 😉

Craving something sweet and hot chocolate and cheesecake hit the spot...
The food and drinks were delicious as they always are, but what almost always sours my experience/keeps me from staying in to dine just like clockwork there is the woman that calls herself the "manager". She acts cruelly to several employees and when I tried to use the bathroom one time, I could hear someone crying in there only for one of the employees to leave the room with red eyes and tears running down her little face. I feel bad for any of the poor kids that have to work there. As a parent giving a message to all kids in the St Joe area, if you're looking for a job, skip on this place for your own mental and emotional wellness.
This place is amazing...they have dairy free Ice cream, the best I have EVER had, and it's been like 10 years since I've been able to actually go out and have Ice cream! Thank you! ❤️

Bought a chocolate muffin which was stale. My coffee was cold and asked for new cup, I was told hatefully it was brewing , when I got it I could see bottom of cup, just hot water. Won't be back!! water
Extremely bad service, rude employees, and I am very sorry to say I will not be coming back to one of my favorite cafes lately they have been letting me down in how they treat there customers. A big thing I had noticed at my stay is two young girl had come in for a seat from the cold weather and one of there employees had denied restroom service and had made rude remarks to them.
Stopped here for a coffee as a short break from riding my motorcycle. Was pleasantly surprised that they had an actual espresso machine, and they made a really nice americano. I moved here from Seattle a couple years ago, and good espresso has been hard to find. I didn't eat, but this place has some amazing looking sweets and pastries! I think I gained a pound just looking in the cases!

Great espresso drinks. Kind for sampling. Lots of seating and a public restroom (which apparently is not standard for businesses on this street). Fair pricing.
They really do have one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had. 🤤
Wide range of exquisite delights But more importantly, fabulous service. We went in to get a cheesecake for my Father's birthday, but all they had in the case were different kinds of chocolate desserts. We asked the young lady if by any chance she had something that wasn't chocolate and she went into the back and found some New York cheesecake which was fantastic! And exactly what we wanted. It's that kind of special service that makes me wish I could give six stars.
Delicious fudge. A variety of other candy, treats and cheese cakes. Tables and chairs where you can enjoy your treats with a nice cup of coffee.
The staff behind the counter was very helpful. I was able to get all the different chocolate gifts for everyone in my family. Thank you 😊
SBCC has great products and service. They are also big supporters of their community. Big fan.
The Michigan cherry ice cream is to die for. And the chocolate covered cherries will put you into a blissful coma! Very friendly service.
Always a great experience. Even short staffed, they are always pleasant and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
The best of the best came from Chicago and now I must return to try the rest of the desserts. We had carrot cake, raspberry cheesecake and turtle chocolate cheesecake!!!! Damien is the best, I will definitely be back because of him what an awesome Young Man, he's the best of the best
