I've lived in Seattle, where specialty coffee fueled the land. I've also worked in an Alaska coffee hut, where I experimented, for hours and hours with how to make the best latte... but it's official - The Bridge Coffee Shop, (attached to Ebels Clothing Department) in Reed City has made the BEST ICED LATTE I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I'm swooning. The Department Store has some awesome stuff, too. It should really be called a 'boutique'... though they understand their clientele and wisely went with their name. I will definitely be coming here to just get out of the house to enjoy the interior ambience or enjoy the sunshine with a friend in the seating they have outdoors.

I’ve loved getting to enjoy the Reed City location since their opening week. I’ve seen so much progress in all of the employees the last 5 months or so, their speed & efficiency has improved so much! They’ve always been such a joy, and they bring a smile to my face on all my early morning coffee runs for the office. Keep up the great work!! 🤍🤍🤍

Great people and a great atmosphere. Only tried 2 different pastries so far. Nice selection of coffee and Frappe and reasonable prices.

I would say it's a work in progress. Felt like the staff was not fully trained, somewhat slow and the drinks were under impressive. Definitely will go back and update this review with my next experience.

Excellent and friendly service, love the atmosphere, and every coffee, tea, and cider(!) I’ve ordered has been delicious. My favorite coffee shop, never want to go anywhere else now.

The good: the baristas are nice and the place is clean (though uninspired). The bad: For starters, I don't understand why a company invests $20,000 on a machine and does not train their employees properly. I've been there multiple times over the course of months, and every single time, the espresso in any drink I order comes out as ashy, over extracted, and bitter. I guess that's what sugar is for: the great big cover up. In addition, while I prefer local coffee shops to big business, I'm looking forward to bigbees being built so I can have coffee on Sunday. And finally, even though they are very nice, the baristas are extremely slow with cause long wait times for the line outside.

Starbucks pumpkin latte is much better but very nice coffee shop. The locals say the baked goods are delicious. Staff was very friendly. Very nice clothing store attached.

As a member of the original Ebels community and the original coffee shop I have to say i’m disappointed. I’ve had a variety of drinks here over 5 visits, spanning from their grand opening to now. Mostly milky coffee, burnt tasting, and inexperienced baristas. Today I ordered a 16oz Turtle Mocha for a family member, upon arriving home I noticed my cup was lighter than the coffee should have been. I opened the lid of my beverage wasn’t even 3/4 of the way full, and i don’t even think there was espresso in it! Tasted like gritty chocolate milk. I would really like to enjoy this local coffee shop, but I just can’t get a good experience. On the bright side, baked goods are good, and prices are reasonable.

The coffee was very good....sadly...like a lot of coffee shops the wait time in the drive-thru is insane.

This was the first time my girlfriend and I have ever been to this coffee shop. The staff are very friendly, the coffee was very good. The layout is very conducive for just sitting and relaxing with your coffee. I highly recommend this coffee shop.
