Since there is no mention anywhere about it, I will say they do have a shower. Not the greatest, but did the job. And a heads up to couples, they will not let you in the shower room together, you have to shower separately. Never encountered this before in my 100s of thousands of miles traveled.

The folks working here are super nice and obviously care about what they do. They keep it super clean and take pride in that. As they should. Give them a raise!

What a great little place for a truck driver! Not a lot of parking, but a place for bobtails too. The store was completely refurbished in October of 2021 and it shows. Amazing bathrooms and a great selection of food and drinks for the truck. Not just the typical grab and go but nice sandwiches, salads and a incredible coffee selection. Great employees added to the experience.
The new renovations make it look like a brand new place! Super clean, conveniently located and the friendly staff made our quick pit stop short and sweet. We were able to get our gas and goodies quickly which was awesome. Will definitely plan to stop here again over other gas stations in the area in the future!!

This place looks completely different and I'm here for it. I'm loving the remodel. The inside doesn't reek of 1960 cigarette smoke. There is a sign that diesel will be down 1 day in December for new pumps to be installed. So plan ahead folks. Looks like this place is on the up and up!!

Truck stop that closes... Don't stop here at night if you're looking for a place to get some coffee and a restroom.

Didn't see a single mask thk goodness.. coffee was great, cashier was tired but still accommodating. Got the city lights! Thx for being there!
If I could give zero stars, I would. As others stated - not a single person was wearing a mask, not even the employees. Women’s restroom was halfway acceptable- in that one of the two stalls was usable (the other was clogged and unacceptable. Will not return and will encourage others to stay away as well.
No one in the store was wearing a mask, and when I asked the employee at the counter to put her mask on she rolled her eyes and was pretty sarcastic before going and getting it. This isn't an unreasonable request. It's been a literal calendar year. My uncle died from this disease. Super cool that places like this still have employees who serve hundreds of people a day that aren't being safe.
Restrooms are closed ! This “travel center” doesn’t want travelers to use their restroom! And you still can’t get ice or a drink in your one cup! (That’s so nine months ago!) Drivers be aware! There is no public bathroom options for drivers in Reed City! I had to go south to Big Rapids to find a bathroom. And gave my business to the nice travel center there. FYI !
If you are going to change your hours of operation you should update GOOGLE!

So I left my credit card inside while using the diesel pump to prepay and basically drove off without going back in. 3 days later my head cleared a bit and I realized what I did. I called the station and the gal at the counter put her hands right on it passed it to the manager (Lindsey?) who promptly mailed it to me without hesitation. Thank you very much! Its a busy station with a lot going on, plan to stop again.
