Woke up this morning and ventured into town. Wanted up at roast & toast. The atmosphere and staff are wonderful. The coffee is delicious. I ordered oatmeal and they have a very nice oatmeal bar. Great way to start the morning.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Everything just seems dirty. The food was basically inedible. The eggs were gray in some spots and way too overdone/rubbery The potatoes were uncooked and the strawberry jelly was so watery. The process for getting all of your own stuff is a cluster when it’s busy. I’m surprised they didn’t make us go back into the kitchen to cook our own food and then wash our own dishes after.
Really enjoyed our Kirby soda and raspberry mocha. I also tried lemon poppyseed muffin but honestly it was too lemony. Other snacks looked good, would like to try something else next time.
Love the coffee and food. Gluten-free options too! Eat in or grab a coffee from the window and walk around town. You can't lose.

Great little coffee shop with OUTSTANDING, fresh, restaurant quality food for a cafe sized shop. Soups are amazing. Definitely try the Mocha Creme Raspberry coffee. I ordered a cup and loved it so much I got a 20 oz to go cup after! We were in town two days on vacation and went to eat here twice!
Very basic. Coffee is good, guy behind the counter, not as much.
A must stop in town, the atmosphere is unlike anything else. I had some incredible French toast and can't wait to try other menu items. I had a wonderful conversation with a friendly worker and couldn't have been more satisfied with my entire experience! Thanks guys
My wife and i love these style of coffee shops. I can truly say we have never gone to one that I would never go to again. Until we showed up here. Staff was rude. Coffee was not hot. Our sandwiches took forever and there were only 6 people customers present. The best thing about them was that their customers were pleasant. I wont risk $40 on them again.

I'm quite biased. My go-to coffee shop since I first learned to love coffee. I love the people that work there and the food and coffee is dope. Rob's Chai High is my favorite.

Gross experience. Everything is like grungy and dirty. From the watery coffee to the dirt on the cups cemented in the walls . Overall had horrible experience
Great place for breakfast, and it's in the downtown area of Petoskey! Stop by here twice while my partner and I went to Petoskey to celebrate her birthday. Again, the place is great, and the food is even better for fair prices. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.
A great place for coffee, lunch, a business meeting, or just to post up for and people watch for awhile. I've been coming here since I was a local high school student; the quality and atmosphere has always been top notch!
It was very busy due to a school trip and they handled it well! My drink was made pretty quick and it was super good!!!
Cute little breakfast cafe, good select of coffee and hot cocoa. Loved the cup and saucer decor.
We order most weeks once a week online And I can't remember an order they made correctly. It's becoming frustrating. Food tastes good. Reached out on fb once and wasn't taken care of. Employees need to read orders online better and fulfill orders correctly.
