Absolutely love Sweetwaters. It’s a great place to get some work done and to drink good coffee or tea.
Really unique menu and a lot of good things for vegetarians. However they take a long time. Don't go if you are in a hurry.
The staff made us some delicious drinks and tasty pastries for teacher appreciation week, and we are so thankful. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

Great coffee Amazing service Great atmosphere
Right when I walked in the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. I didn’t know what I wanted and they helped make a recommendation for me and it was amazing. I’ve been a few times now and the drinks are amazing - I personally recommend the Crème caramel and the dreamy! There’s also some really interesting artwork on the wall that you can buy right there. Overall, a really awesome spot that I come to every time I’m in the area.

I just found this GREAT coffee shop! Their cold brew is amazing and the fresh croissant sandwiches are DELICIOUS! I will be back!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I get my coffee here 4-5 time a week and usually dine-in and have been for over 1.5 years. I've never had any problems with the service or the food/drinks. I will work here and take work meeting 2 to 3 times a week it is very comfortable and convenient place for that.
My family loves Sweetwaters. This location has a drive thru and all the employees are really sweet. Come support them! Coffee and tea are so good!
I really enjoy working here and this has become my go-to place. Far better than other similar places in the novi/wixom area. Staff is really nice and selection is fantastic. Interesting menu items plus organic coffee and similar options on other items. Best of all there are plugs anywhere you sit plus a nice conference size table with USB and electric outlets around the table. Even when it's busy it feels relaxed because of the staff and the design.
The workers always greet me at the door and the mom and pop vibes are immaculate
Was in the other day and got cold brew and it tasted like soapy water. What I thought was chocolate chocolate chip cookies were really just chocolate chip they were just burned that much.
Alright sweetwaters. I like that it has a drive through but the seating options inside aren't very comfortable or inviting like the location on Plymouth rd
I have been through the drive-through at this location five times. I do it because it’s convenient. It’s on my way to work and I do like the breakfast sandwich however, four out of the five times that I have been here there has been mistakes. I don’t know if something is wrong with their microphones but I always have to repeat my order twice and somehow it is still wrong. They have had to remake my sandwich twice and two other times forgot to put cream cheese on that I added and paid for, had also gotten my coffee order wrong. I gave it 5 try’s. I’m done. They don’t offer to make it up to you when they mess us. I wont be back.
