First time at Sugah Please my girlfriend from Lansing and I stopped in because it was new to us. The ambience was so welcoming and the customer service was super being that we are in a pandemic and customer service is at an all time low. We purchased several items to support the business. We will definitely return again. The coffee is AWSOME! We both bought different flavors, and both were superb. Thank you Sugah Please and we wish you great success.❤️

I live about 3 hours away, but whenever I’m in Novi, I always stop by and grab some cupcakes! They are absolutely amazing! They’re a tad bit expensive, but they are worth it!
workers are SO nice!!! and some of their ice creams are from a local creamery so you must definitely try it, especially cookie monster!
The cheesecake is amazing! Rich and delicate 😋. The atmosphere is very inviting, can’t wait for the East side locations but this was worth the trip
The staff is so nice, the pastries and coffee is amazing. I work in the mall and I go over to the cafe for the support of the black cafe.
I stopped by to check this place out and was immediately greeted so warmly by the owner! She was such a sweet lady and had so many delicious treats for great prices! On top of that, there was live jazz playing which made the experience so much more unique than any other cafe I've been to. Stop by and show support to this black owned business! P.S. The chocolate covered strawberries were phenomenal. 10/10 experience
Upon entering, my brother and I were immediately welcomed so kindly by the owner! We indulged in the delicious chocolate covered strawberries and apple slices. The sweets were so authentic and the overall vibe of the cafe was relaxing and inviting. Definitely stop by here if you're in Twelve Oaks and get a coffee or sweets cravings!
Stopped by with my son today. We both were very pleased with how they blended our drinks. I was hesitant to get the Snickers latte because I thought it would be too sweet. It was perfect! The two employees behind the counter were very pleasant. Nice overall vibe to the cafe.
If you are a decaf coffee drinker like me and are always on the lookout for really good flavored decaf coffee look no more. The Decaf Blueberry Cream Coffee is absolutely delicious! Rich, robust and the perfect taste of Blueberry. Kudos Sugah Please 👏🏾
