Great coffee and long lines lol

Ordered a matcha latte frozen. Told her twice the line was extremely long I completely understand that. Got my order wanted for a straw because she didn’t remember it. Then I pull away and it’s iced and half frozen so they mixed at half-and-half there’s no sweet cream in it whatsoever as absolutely horrible. Hopefully they get it together. I always go to this one but man they should have been messing up lately.
Drive thru line took super long. Worker was nice, but my drink was not that great.

Drinks and food were good. Had a bit of a wait, but it was Black Friday and extremely busy, so no big deal. The staff was very friendly, and apologized for the wait.

I just want to say how happy I am with this place. I haven't had any frozen lattes or bragels in over a year since I left Biggby as a job. Today, I went through the drive-thru. The staff was so amazing and nice. Alana especially was super kind. I cried when I finally had a bragel and a latte!! I'm definitely coming back here again!

Just came in this morning and was pretty disappointed. I love the owners on the Bluegrass and Pickard Biggby’s but wow this morning was a bit of a mess with the staff. I came in with one car in front of me and ordered my Iced coffee with Carmel Marvel flavoring and a little bit of cream. I waited in line for about 15 minutes as 5-6 cars lined up behind me because the girls working obviously new the other person in the drive thru in front of me. They got there drinks yet stayed in line and the line got longer. I get my drink, it’s not right—no big deal. But now the line is long in the drive thru so I go in. I wait for a while and they call a drink that’s clearly not what I ordered so I wait about 10 minutes. Then a girl comes up and says this is yours. I said it’s not what they called off and she said it was and handed it to me even though it had been sitting there and wasn’t was I ordered. I honestly wasted more in gas than the drink costed. And had to throw it out when I got home because it in fact was not the correct drink.
Liz was great! She is super sweet and has excellent customer service!
Tea always taste old. Yuck everytime. Spend over 4 dollars for 2 ended up dumping them. 🤢
My favorites are the frozen chai tea latte and the Turkey Havarti Bragel on everything bagel. I'm disappointed they give you your food in individual bags instead of putting everything in one bag. I was also disappointed a couple of times they didn't wipe down my drink and handed me a sticky mess that got Wall over my hands, shirt, and car cup holder.
My favorite drive-thru for coffeee. Friendly and fast service.
whoever was working around 6:30 on April 23rd deserves a raise bc they upgraded my drink and drew on it for my birthday! those girls were great :)
