So...usually when you go to a restaurant and you eat, it's your choice whether you leave a tip or not. The waiters aren't walking around asking if you want to leave a tip, I am sure a tip may be needed, (give one if you can), but these people at Biggby on 7 Mile and Middlebelt, ASK if you want to leave a tip, EVERYTIME and when you say no, there are two girls in particular that get mad. WTH? I have never in my life heard someone ASK for a tip. Clearly they have a plastic tip cup sitting outside the drive thru window, if I want to leave a tip, then I will, if I don't want to leave one, then I won't! Also be considerate of other people, what if folks don't have enough money to leave a tip sometimes...well that is perfectly okay! Don't make someone feel bad for not leaving a tip, you never know what someone is going through. BIGGBY ON 7MILE AND MIDDLEBELT WILL NOT BE GETTING MY SERVICE ANYMORE. I won't even talk about the day we went and they were still supposed to be open and instead of coming to the window to say they were closed or whatever, they just giggled really loud and shut the lights off. RUDE RUDE RUDE YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
Such a friendly staff! Stop here daily😄 The new store needs shades! The staff is blinded by the sun every morning! But love them and the coffee!
I ordered a ham and havarti on everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I specifically asked for it not to be microwaved. I received a turkey halvarti that was microwaved and it burned the roof of my mouth when biting into it. Next time I will supervise it being made.
Visited this location yesterday for the first time and the service was 10/10! I didnt catch the 2 ladies who were working but thank you so much. My beverage was delicious!
Love this place. Everyone is sweet. Today they made the best latte I've ever had. So much sweet foam as requested. I highly recommend getting an iced mallow mallow latte with butterscotch and sweet foam. Maybe an extra shot. I highly recommend this location.

Ordered two drinks for their drive thru with no one else customer-wise in the building or line… waited 20 minutes for a warm, super milk flavored caramel macchiato and a burnt coffee tasting caramel frozen with “extra” caramel… see images attached to know what they consider extra caramel to be. Lol. Never coming back, huge waste of time and money.

Friendly staff, but I'm seriously SOOOO disappointed! I've been so excited for this location to open. I always get the same thing at Biggby, as its the ONLY drink that doesn't effect my horrible stomach issues. Normally its always perfect no matter the biggby location, but this one tasted awful. I'm not sure what they did it, but no sooner did I drink it, did I have a HORRIBLE reaction. I know they must all be new at this newly opened store, but come on! Allergy and sensitivity issues are no joke! Please train your people properly. I live just around the block from here, but I will be traveling to the Farmington and 7 mile location instead. Again, seriously disappointed 😞

This is the best biggby in 3 cities I've been to. They always get your drinks right and make the bragels the best. The baristas are always so polite and sweet as well.
My favorite Biggby, they have the best baristas always friendly, competent and professional!! The service is always speedy and the espresso never tastes burnt. 10/10 recommend.
Best chain coffee bar none
Not happy with my order. I ordered the Delightfully Spicy latte, or what I thought was a latte. It's just 20oz water with 1 tea bag and they cover the lack of flavor with some type of cinnamon syrup since you can't do 20oz water to 1 tea bag; that ratio will give you the blandest tea water ever.$6.00+ for this nonsense and there's not even coffee in it. What a ripoff.
I went to refill the 2 bottles I carry in my pack for a long day at work. The would not let me refill my bottles. They were insisting that I buy 2 coffees in plastic lined paper cups. I would then have pour the coffee into the bottles when I got to the car. Guess Biggby does not car about the environment and wants more plastic waste. Will avoid Biggby now. There is a near by 7 11 the has no problem with me filling my coffee bottles
