The establishment itself isn't terrible, but I'm not impressed with the staff. They recently hired someone new on first shift that is the most petty, immature, rude cashier that I have ever ordered coffee from. I try not to judge a book by its cover and give second chances, but after three irritating visits and encounters in a row, my partner and I will not be back as long as they continue to work there. I'd rather pay a couple extra dollars for coffee or matcha at Starbucks then deal with nonsensical behavior from a high school child. Plus, Starbucks actually puts my extra expresso in my coffee... My apologies for the brutal honesty, but I may consider going back to a different location and trying again in a few months. P.s. The waffle sandwiches absolutely smash; keep those on the menu, please!
I love the minty green tea hot. I only wish they wouldn't prioritize complicated door dash orders ahead of simple in-person ones.
Excellent coffee. Kind staff. Hard workers and got drinks relatively quickly for as packed as they were and it was full. Plus the BOGO coupons are so much cheaper than Starbucks. Great place. Worth it.

UPDATE: Major staff change; management firing shift leads before they can complete their two weeks; all culminating in this location being unable to stay open during its usual business hours for over a month now…… actually stopped at the Fowlerville location this morning for faster/accurate service… This is literally the BEST Biggby I've EVER been to! The staff is wonderful, warm, and welcoming. The coffee is ALWAYS hot & fresh and I've never had an issue with my order. Each day when I come in I get a, "Good Morning, Ms. Demi." accompanied by a warm smile. This morning when I grabbed my usual, I noticed one of the baristas actually measuring the temp of the coffee before discarding an old pot. I made sure to express my appreciation as I've never seen that before and find it amazingly courteous to the customers. There have been more times than I care to count that I have gotten lukewarm coffee from a coffee shop. The fact that the staff there cares so much and wouldn't serve a customer anything less than what they would serve themselves, is a breath of fresh air! There is a Biggby within walking distance of my home (Fowlerville), but I happily drive past and wait until I'm in Lansing to purchase from this one as the difference in service and beverages is night and day. Thank you for taking pride in your job.

Still closes early due to short staff. There’s not enough space to order at the front counter, space fills up fast. I use to like Biggby, sad.
Super nice staff and good coffee
My drink was made with whip cream even though I specifically said I didn't want any. When I mentioned this, the barista ignored me. I also had to repeat my order twice; I guess she didn't get it the first time. I used to love this location, now I'm not so sure.
This is by far THE BEST location I’ve ever been to…it’s not too busy, and the staff is warm and inviting. The young lady that helped me today was very friendly and is worth her value in gold! In todays world, it’s so difficult to find good employees, let alone good customer service, and this place had both! Whatever management is doing to attract and keep good staff, keep doing it! I will be back! :) the vibes are awesome here! Good people~
My favorite Bigby. They're so fast, and my coffee always tastes delicious.
I used to really enjoy Biggby, but they have become so woke and toxic in their agenda messaging, it's become unbearable. This swerve to the far left has resulted in a horrific staff, rude and arrogant as if it's my privilege to be a customer. You can't even get a refill on a coffee anymore, aren't coffee refills what coffee shops are all about ??
