Coffee is better than Starbucks

The lady with to the lower part of hair shaved was so nice. The store was so busy and she still had time to help me out.
They are always super slow. They clearly need more then 2ppl working. One car in front of me and sat here for 25mins. For a bragel and a creme freeze. Ridiculous
The coffee was great tasting. The staff were unfriendly, had to ask for a napkin and it was a bother to her. The music was so loud, I took my drink and left. I won't be back.
Such friendly and compassionate staff here. They really made my day!

Sad to say, terrible service!! I should have read the reviews!!! I told them I had a coupon twice but was still charged for both drinks. When I questioned the charge I was told “how am I supposed to remember that you had a coupon “. In addition there was cream cheese on half of my bacon, egg and cheese bagel, as if they realized during preparation that they screwed up and still served it!! Called the store when I returned home and was gaslighted!!!
I really like coming to this location in particular. I work at Tanger so its only a 10 minute drive to get Biggby on my lunch break. This location is always super busy and sometimes the customers are really rude to the employees and I feel really bad! They’re so kind and apologetic if they run out of anything due to busy selling and big orders, or take an extra minute on a drink to catch everything up. They deserve extra tips for helping during a rush ya’ll, not to be angry with them, someone has to make your food and drinks in the first place!! Everything is always made really well and I get a weird order (Bragel & Frozen scuba) pretty regularly and every time it has been fresh and spot on, even if I make a modification to an item. I just wanted to thank the people working here for doing such a great job lately!!!

Baristas is amazing even when faced with overwhelming rushes and understaffing. The managers take care of their regulars and exceed expectations on service. Definitely give them good tips!

Came in to grab a black coffee, They had about 3 cars in the drive through and 2 people inside ahead of me whom already ordered. It took two of the workers over 10 mins to take my order, but both said we will be with you shortly. The first worker who said she would be with me, whom seemed to be a manager of some kind...she was bossing everyone around! Ended up snatching the cup from the second worker who came to the counter to tell me she would be with me shortly, while making another customers order, and told her I'll make this other customers drink and you help him.... the second work just rolled her eyes as if this is normal behavior!!! These girls seemed over worked!!! They had plenty other ladies working...not sure what the deal was but I brought up the trivia of the day to lighten the vibe! Needless to say I won't be back.
Very dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Barista was very snotty and rude! Refused to give me whipped cream fir my son because I had touched my cup. Well how was I supposed to know that there wasn't whipped cream until I had opened my lid? I should have asked her to dump it and make me a new one then.
The staff are always kind. Otherwise, it's pretty standard Biggby.
Above anything, y'all know i love my Meijer, my food and my cats, but there is one thing that I absolutely ❤❤❤: coffee. There are two places that win the day when it comes to price, size of the cup, and the overall taste of the coffee: Bigby and Starbucks. Now I do love me a Starbucks coffee, but there is nothing to compare the cup of coffee I had tonight from Bigby. Absolute perfection!! It is called.the avalanche and the blend of chocolate, white chocolate, and mint with sweet foam topper. The.mint was not overpowering and neither was the white chocolate. (Not a fan of white chocolate). That cup of coffee was off the hook and I can't Wait till I can have another one.
What atmosphere? They could be bothered with opening the stores to customers and say they don't because they lack a full staff? No, peek behind the guilded curtain and lazy manager and see otherwise, excuses and long lines!
Had me wait to order for 10 mins with 1 other car ahead of me, then waited to tell me after i waited that their card machine was down, offered no apologies for making me wait.
