Great breakfast and Cheyenne is an amazing waitress. Their coffee is addicting and you can even buy the coffee mugs.
Pleasant place to eat. Service was surprisingly quick. However, I had the breakfast skillet I asked about the additional pricing and was told the 6.50$ was for the egg and potatoes each additional was .50$. Got my bill and the meat was 2.50 and the spinach was a dollar. Either way that is a big price difference from what my waitress quoted me. What a first time visit, smh.
Great little spot. Tried it on a whim while passing through town. Food was great and came out fast. Wouldn't mind coming back.
Food is pretty tasty but the fly traps above the table and the dirty walls kinda ruined our appetites. We ended up asking for a to go container after taking a look around.

This place is excellent! The service and the food are great. You get a lot of food for the price which I appreciate and it is cooked perfectly. We have been everywhere in Kalamazoo where I am actually from so know the area well. You really need to try Nina’s!

Can I give less stars? The owners need to stop giving lukewarm responses to the issues involving the behavior of their staff and actually do something about it. Everyone is short staffed, everyone has off days, everyone has issues. That, as you said, is no excuse so do not use it as such. We called in a large order, making sure to keep it organized so it was understood, and did not receive one of our parties lunch. After driving across town and back we made the phone call to ask the manager if we could have this issue fixed. After she had sufficiently convinced us to never come back she also refused to fix the issue. Hopefully the refund does go through as she stated it would. First and last time at Nina's Cafe. 3/28/23 I would like to address the response. Your preferred online ordering, according to you, is grubhub. If you have incorrect menus floating about on random websites it would be in your best interest to correct that. Might I suggest on your own website? As for the refund, that still hasn't hit the account. We can put a pin in that for now. Since you can muster up such snappy language for one review I would think a refund will be no problem.
Not only is Nina's my favorite breakfast in town, their staff is also the actual best. 10/10 - will forever be my go-to spot!
Me and my girlfriend stayed in Kalamazoo for a couples getaway .... found this place for breakfast ... great food ... great prices and Jessica was a awesome waitresses

We love this little diner. Both Jessica and Cheyenne are warm and friendly every time we come in. It feels like family and no where else that I know of can you get a 6 egg omelette. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and good people.
Best restaurant I’ve ever been to or worked for. Everything I’ve ever experienced is consistent efficiency. The staff is great and hard working. The owners are amazing and so humble. Blessed to have found this restaurant
Mistakes happen, and thats understandable, but the extremely RUDE response received from them is NOT acceptable! They refused to correct THEIR mistake. Unaccepted!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Do not go here they are races and very disrespectful everybody in there and the food was horrible also never will go back to this place and it was my first time they deserve no stars but I had to put at least one to make this review but I do not recommend coming here unless u are white if you are black don’t come here. Don’t get why people work in customs services to be rude and races
I’ve only dined in at Nina’s and it was good. I had the Wet breakfast burrito and I loved it. My only problem is when I had a few people over for the weekend and we decided to order Nina’s. Unfortunately we could not get in contact with anyone. We called every morning to try and place an order and all that happened was we were put on hold for 5-7 minutes (being 7 is the longest we’ve waited before just hanging up).For the entire weekend. I’ve just lost my patience and decided I will not order from there again. Good food but only dine in don’t waste your time calling.
