Love the vibe and drink menu. Food is okay but it’s understandable since they don’t have a full kitchen. Very environmentally and socially conscious. Love the veggie options. It gets pretty busy so arrive before 10 AM or you won’t get a table.

They have surprisingly good food here for being a humble cafe in a book store! Also omg the Bloody Mary is ridiculously good.

Attended a special event and was welcomed as soon as I entered. Love the comfy atmosphere. Cocktails and wine also available besides the normal coffee and tea selections.

I come in once or twice a week to get a hot chocolate and journal, it’s great to be surrounded by creative people working as well. The staff always has something nice to say and the service is quick. They’re good is also pretty good. They make my favorite grilled cheese (which is great to the kids too)!

Absolutely loved this little gem dude. Found it on Google randomly for breakfast, and was not disappointed. I got a French press coffee and my boyfriend got evenstar cocktail. The Ramona pesto was amazing, as well as the soup of the day. The vibe was so chill, and there was so many interesting things to look at. Zero proof drinks. Lots of book variety. Candles, soaps. And the staff was fantastic .

I didn't have food but coffee was good. Atmosphere was awesome! Want to go there again. I'm from Bridgeport, MI so it'll have to be a trip. So glad I found it near where I was going. Highly recommend!

This Cafe is in the bookstore itself making it super cozy and comfy with homey inviting vibes. Weather its someones place to work or if preferred cuddle up with a nice cup of coffee and a book, either will do as it's the perfect nook. The food was also amazing, being prepared on the spot like you've went to the kitchen for breakfast.

I didn't come for the food but the coffee I had was fine. I stopped in because I was looking for a couple of books. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Just great experience overall and glad I found them 🙂

I can only review what I purchased, which was the yogurt and granola. It was served in a small cup, maybe large enough for 1 kid scoop of ice cream, which was roughly the amout of yogurt I had. The cup was filled with granola with the smallest portion of yogurt. It was very upsetting, considering the cost was $6. Aside from that the location and ambiance here is very pleasant.

It took 30 minutes for them to make my food, which was just a wrap. They didn’t apologize or even acknowledge how long I waited and I’m pretty sure they just forgot to make it for a while. Luckily I was there for a meeting so I was busy while I was waiting. It was on the pricier side as well, but that seems to be common with cafe food. Positives are the tea I had was good and they have vegan options.

Not much i can say besides this is my fav place in kalamazoo. My perfect combo is an iced lavender latte almond milk and a scouts honor. Feels like home 💚☺
