Wonderful coffee shop, the art was neat and beautiful. The atmosphere inside was amazing. I had a Chai Latte, which was quite sweet, but delicious. I highly recommend this place and will be going back.

My favorite coffee shop in Kalamazoo. I’ve never had a coffee or meal there that I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed. The customer service here is always 10/10 and I love the ambiance of the shop- it’s the perfect spot to have a coffee date or to get some work done.

Had the magic bar. They did have nutmeg for my coffee. I miss the whimsical mural bathroom. Staff is friendly. Lastly find it ironic that Caffe Casa followed me on instagram only to block me later (I found out because I tried to check out their page) which feels off-putting as a patron, as a small business owner myself I would think that'd be a no-no as far how to manage your social media presence.

Amazing! This entire experience was perfect! My boyfriend and I wanted a bite to eat and a coffee, and this hit the spot. Not only was my cappuccino delicious, but the pastry and bagel we got were perfect. Kathy, the owner, was the cherry on top. She was so kind and helpful with the menu. I cant believe that she was so pleasant after 30 years in business. The vibe was perfect and I can't wait to go back.

I discovered this coffee shop while visiting my nephew at Kalamazoo College. Caffe Casa is the PERFECT coffee shop! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly! The coffee and speciality drinks were great and pastries were SO delicious! I had a cinnamon scone and actually bought a second one because it was so yummy! I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Kalamazoo!

The best coffee shop in Kalamazoo! The staff is very friendly. The plants and greenery make the space feel relaxed and welcoming. And their chai tea is so good! Even if I no longer lived in Kalamazoo I would come to town to stop here.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The atmosphere is comfy and fun, everyone was incredibly nice, and the food was amazing! The raspberry cheese croissant is delicious, and I really appreciated having somewhere welcoming and quiet to eat after the long drive to the city.

I was able to try a Peppermint Mocha from Caffe Casa the last time I was in and absolutely loved it! The staff are great and incredibly friendly, and it is a really nice space with tables outside and in, with almost a Paris cafe vibe to it! I have heard great things about their house made Lavender Syrup/flavoring and hope to make it in to try that soon!

Great coffee, great atmosphere. I kept my order simple (large black coffee) and ordered to-go so that I could sip and shop. The coffee was great, but what really stood out was how friendly the cashier was. Definitely had the feel of a family-run coffee shop

Lovely, locally owned/managed (since 1973) coffeehouse serving house-made soups, pastries (including croissants) baked daily, sandwiches, & salads. Coffee & espresso drinks & teas (hot or iced). Smoothies & blended drinks. Beverages may add Italian syrup flavourings or house-made lavender or basil syrup. A local treasure!

Delicious cafe and family owned. Skip the Starbucks and come here. Food is delicious I had the turkey croissant sandwich. They support local artists and the service is so kind.
