A few times I've been to the Cooper st location and each time they are rude and both times I've gotten charged for a 24oz coffee and they gave me a 20oz coffee & the coffee is never hot I was so excited to get a biggby right down the street but they been nothing but a disappointment I'll continue going across town maybe the Cooper st employee's can take a field trip there and learn the size of the coffee cups and how to say good morning or hows your day instead of having the nerve to ask for a tip when you just gave me the wrong size cup and cold coffee
Asking if you are leaving a tip before saying good morning and how much are your going to be leaving before you even get your coffee through the drive through ….weird…expensive on top of it and for what you get and have to add a tip …not worth it
Have come here a few times while working as an EMT, once when we got called away they waited until we came back to make our drinks! Staff here is very efficient and friendly

Normally all the girls are nice and cheerful but tonight the girl was definitely in a bad mood bad for bussiness being it just opened up a week or so ago I hope I never see her ugly attitude again. And hot coffee was luke warm.

Drive through only, but it was well managed. Was a bit slow, but there were a lot of customers, so to be expected

I only order thin syrup lattes with almond milk and my order is never right. They either make it completely wrong, or more often, burn the almond milk. I am paying $8 a latte and they can’t even make simple drinks right. This is a training/management issue.

I normally get a Super frozen White Lightening without the drizzle. It costs $8-something.
