One of the best Biggby locations I've been to. Staff is a lot of fun, though seem to lose track of the drive-thru occasionally. I enjoy every staff member I've interacted with and I do prefer to go inside rather than do the drive thru.
The caramel marvel frozen coffee is my go to! Free shot Fridays will give you a little pep in your step! I can always use a bit of espresso to start my day!!
They messed up my order and gave me an iced coffee instead of my order, so I had to wait while they tried to figure out the error, and eventually decide to make my drink. After a five minute wait the manager comes out with my drink and instead of an apology she tells me I owe her $.40 more. Not the best customer service……
Horrible service they 6.99 for a simple coffee plus 2.99 for pup cups I left. Won’t be back
I came through the Drive Thru at the Hudsonville Biggby after being disappointed by the 30 car line at Starbucks. Not only was my experience extremely quick with the other customers in front of me, but they exceeded my expectation. The lady at the window (I cannot remember her name!) was one of the most genuine people I’ve met! We talked for a couple minutes about my order and they quickly had me on my way. Highly recommend this Biggby!
Hours are wrong? Second time we’ve come here and they’ve been closed.
Usually always love this place but my bagel was very cold and nasty.
5th time tonight in a month going to this location and they're closed during business hours. No signs, nothing. Please fix your hours if you aren't going to be open.
Watered down coffee 3x in a row. Let it go the first 2 times, I called the 3rd time to complain. I asked if they could just send me a coupon because I didn't want to drive back for another attempt, they stated they couldn't do that but I could bring it back in to exchange. It is a convenient location for where I'm located but it seems I'm going to have to go to the Jenison location instead. Very disappointing.
I’ve been coming to this Biggby location for almost year now and I have never been disappointed by quality or service. The baristas are always incredibly helpful and kind and always go the extra mile for customers. I have never left this store without a smile on my face. From the looks of it, this is a pretty busy location and I am always in and out in under 15 minutes; even in the drive through. If it ever takes longer than that it’s usually because a car ahead has ordered an absurd amount of food. On one or two occasions i’ve had the misfortune of witnessing some pretty heinous customers verbally attack the baristas for simple mistakes or circumstances outside of their control~ which is why I decided to write this review. This store looks like it is ran mostly by high school and college aged kids, 16-21, so I find it hard to understand how grown adults justify crucifying what are essentially kids over a cup of coffee or a toasted bagel. I didn’t grow up in West Michigan, but the entitlement i’ve seen in this area is astonishing. Grow up. Move on. Drink your coffee. P.S. Anger and frustration cause wrinkles and heart failure!
This biggby is ok, not the best service or drinks. I ordered two lattes and was given straight coffee with a little bit of cream
Used to be fast and friendly, and it was our local favorite. Sat in drive thru for 30 min only to find out that they are no longer honoring coupons from a coupon book (we just bought it from a local school two days ago) that advertise for this particular location and are valid through 2023. They weren't even apologetic about it. That's bad business and poor customer service. I get inflation, but then you raise your prices. You don't go back on your word or bait and switch.
Found out they don't honor the bogo coffee coupon. Also, when I was emailed a bragel coupon, there oven was conveniently broke. My take, the don't except those either. Also, watered down coffee drink wasn't good. If they want to drive customers away they are doing a good job at it.
Beware their coupon policy. This restaurant has decided not to accept the BOHO Bigby coupons that come in the mail or are sold by fundraiser groups going forward. This is no longer a participating location. Presumably corporate has authorized too many of those in this region and franchise feels the pressure, but you still want to know this.
My husband and I have stopped by this store’s drive thru a few times and have been very pleased with our experience. Our drinks are always well made and the wait is very reasonable. Baristas are friendly and offer high quality treats to pups in the car. Another thing to note - this location is still offering $1.99 iced coffee/tea. Our new favorite Biggby location in the West Michigan area!
Today I bought 3 egg and sausage bagel sandwich’s usefully they are very good today they were cold!!!!!!! I hate cold eggs and sausage !! ☹️ They were terrible we couldn’t eat them!!! Might want to make sure they are hot before you except them!!!
The annoying part is always the wait. Drive through takes quite a while. Seems understaffed. One year later, still the same with the super slow drive through and service time. Used to go here daily, now I only go on weekends because I can only handle so much time spent in lines lol
Ahhh, it's warm cider time and they have a sugar free caramel flavoring to add to this seasonal delight. We sat outside and enjoyed the last of the good weather.
Coffee is good, but customer service is terrible. Got the wrong coffee, and they wouldn't get me a new drink, or a refund. My donut holes were frozen, and workers were super rude, and are very slow.
Got my order wrong twice and forgot to give me my change!
