Heather was such an absolute delight. It’s difficult to rate coffee shops because let’s face it in a grump before my caffeine. Heather however brightened my families morning and even asked “Can your little have a sticker”. Also, brilliant cold brew!!!! It’s a must try.

Lovely coffeehouse on Holland’s southside. Delicious coffee. I happened to visit on “free shot Friday”, which was a nice surprise. I had the baked oatmeal, which was unique and quite tasty. The space is comfortable and clean. Super friendly staff. Drive thru available- see photos to learn how to place a mobile order.
The barista was so friendly and kind. It was a nice place to sit and chat too. The coffee wasn't great, unfortunately. The iced coffee just tasted like water and the cortado was quite bitter. The chocolate chip banana bread was so dry. I'd be willing to try something else though for the sake of the atmosphere!

Love their lattes an brewed coffee however the iced coffee I got with flavor an cream tasted like straight up syrup. Was so sad 😞

Best coffee in the world :). Along with that, the friendliest and most enjoyable staff and atmosphere. I recommend to anyone looking for a new local neighborhood coffee shop. Doesn't get more authentic or better than this! Thanks, simpatico for being my go-to pick me up for the last 5 years!!!
The lemon lavender smoothie is absolutely delightful and so refreshing.
Incredible coffee and the low acidity means I can drink more of it! The atmosphere is great as well, I really enjoy reading here. My only gripe is that the internet isn't just slow, it is outright unreliable and makes it very hard for a mobile worker to get anything done.
Breakfast bar was delicious and I loved that my kids drink was just $1
Service was friendly and prompt. My issue with Simpatico is the coffee. The cortado I ordered was very bitter. The beans are over roasted and over extracted. The batch coffee I ordered was ok. If you want local Starbucks, go here.
I didn’t have the coffee but I went in there sobbing and they gave me free water :) they were very nice, I didn’t catch their names but the guy had fluffy hair and was quite nice to me and made me feel better
Great environment, the nitro cold brew was so creamy and delicious. I added the coconut flavoring which I recommend. Service was friendly and a great environment. : ) Loved all the plants.
I live 18 miles south of Holland, but do work 2 days a week in Holland. I make a point to stop at Simpatico at least on one of those days, going out of my way, for the wonderful coffee, but also for the outstanding service. Proof in point was yesterday, when Emmy waited on me. What a wonderful way to start my day, interacting with this very affable young lady, so pleasant and interested in her customers, as I witnessed her referring to the customer before me by name, then asking me my name before I left. THIS kind of service will always make me go out of my way. And Emmy is not the only one. I have yet to have anyone who wasn't pleasant and interactive. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and coffee! Please keep recognize these wonderful young people, and encourage it in new employees, as it is so very important in today's society.

Everyone here is kind and the coffee is good. I really enjoy their breakfast bars.
