My boyfriend and I go to biggby often. Often enough that I know what my total will be. We had a bogo coupon when we went this past Friday and I ordered 2 24oz drinks his was frozen so that was the one we were charged for my total was $7.73. Got to the window and paid they handed me our drinks and I always look to make sure they get the size correct. They handed me 20oz drinks not 24. When I said something the girl at the window told me I was charged for 20oz drinks not 24oz. I said I always get 24oz drinks and when it’s bogo my total is $7.73. I went to another biggby today with another bogo ordered the same thing 24oz drinks and my total was $7.73. It’s frustrating when I tried to point out their error and the employee so badly wants to be right. So thank you for charging me for the 24oz drink I ordered but only giving me a 20oz drink.
Great selection of coffee and specialty drinks. They also have an excellent selection of bagel sandwiches and other goodies. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Give them a try. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Great, great staff, and the coffee is so good.. It's my favorite coffee place in West Michigan. Selfishly, I only wish they would address the guy who comes in alone every weekday from 8am until 5PM every weekday with two laptops, a headset and orders 3 coffee drinks at once and spreads out eliminating all four (and only) soft seating lounge chairs and coffee table from being used by any one else all morning- every morning, would be more considerate or self aware. Beyond that guy and his rent-free office for 4 people... this place is great. Maybe turn the wifi off and give paying customers back the seating.
Walked in to order for our family of 5. None of the staff acknowledged us waiting. we were the only people inside the coffee shop. We waited nearly 10 minutes while the staff made all the orders for the drive thru customers. The staff said absolutely NOTHING to us or acknowledged that we were even there. We walked out. Worst experience at any coffee shop I have been in ever. Close the inside if you don't have the staff to handle the customer service for both walk-in and drive thru service.
One of my "go to" locations! The baristas are awesome and my coffee is always on point. Even when they're understaffed they are friendly and do a great job :)

Took over 20 mins to get a coffee 3 people in the shop only 2 really trying to work 1 just standing around walking back and forth behind the counter not even helping

The slowest service you’ll ever receive. It’s close to our house so we always give them a shot but they disappoint every time, Starbucks has 3x the traffic and I wait less there. Biggby is not it anymore. On their way out.

Very good customer service! I went on Saturday around 7:30am and the worker that took my order and was at the window was excellent, so sweet!
Every Sunday I come here before church it literally takes 15-20 minutes to get our coffees. There were 2 cars in front of me today and I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. The car in front of me only purchased one coffee. The girls inside are more worried about talking with each other then making coffee. I won’t be back!!!! Also the barista making coffee was texting someone on her phone while I waited for my Latte.
Clean store, friendly staff. They had some items they couldn't make due to not having the delivery yet. I do feel if you are waiting for a delivery and have customers, I would start by letting them know that there are some things that can't be made at that moment due to a delivery issue.
Good coffee, great deals with the Bogo coupons and the free shot day is nice. Only issue is they are understaffed so make sure you have extra time to wait. Going inside is a little quicker than the drive through, but it still takes at least 5 min for your drink.

This Biggby is always top notch. I had a friend who would drive way out of his way to go to this location, but I get it now.. Flavors consistent and good here. Plus, the employees are so friendly.
