This is a awesome, cozy hang out spot for my bro and I, staff is always so amazing and helpful, would totally recommend going here.
Walked in after being gone for three months and said "I'll take my usual" and the barista Abby knew exactly what I wanted. Great service and great people work here
I work across the street at the construction site so we have been coming here for months. We have to order online because we only get a 15 minute break. Half the time the coffee is not even filled halfway. The other half they dont even bother to mix the syrup at the bottom. It's not every time so I never know if my medium coffee Is going to be a few sips. You guys are charging over 5$ for a cup of coffee. I started to order larges and very seldom are they filled. I feel if you order online your coffee is an afterthought. I can take pictures of how low these cups are. but guys, just fill it up with some milk. I don't have the time to have them remake my drink so it's very annoying when it happens. It's hard to tip because you don't know if your going to get a great coffee that day, that's hot and filled, or half a cup of espresso shots and some syrup at the bottom. Good coffee I just wish I could actually get a cups worth for $5.79 :/
By far my favorite coffee shop in GR. Everything I've ordered has tasted amazing, the ambience is fresh and friendly, and it's not overpriced. It's also located in a bit quieter area of downtown, yet still close enough to spend some time at other shops or venues there.
Was very surprised with the staff. I got my son a hot chocolate, and they took the time to help him put sprinkles and marshmallows in it. Also, the coffee was amazing
I normally get a mocha every time I go to a coffee place. I wanna try the menu. It was my first time being here, but their menu is unique than a standard coffee shop. I also has one of their vegan balls. It was on the sweeter side for me, but the texture was on point. The ball wasn't crumbly either. It held together even after I bit into it. The batista was so nice and helpful. She helped me figure out a treat for myself being that I'm dairy-free (sometimes 😆) Bathrooms | The bathroom was clean. They have 2 single bathrooms. The one I was in did have a changing table.
Sometimes I wake up and just CRAVE the French Vietnamese au lait (a triple, no less ~ I mean, if I am going to make the trip, might as well make it last, right?) along with a lemon bar from this spot. I love the ones with corners… 😊 Today, I am here to chill bc I ran outta coffee at home and the craving arose. I am in a heavy writing phase so although the high ceilings make for a bouncy audio situation, listening to DJ Khaled’s TSKMN with earbuds makes it serve as white noise. The staff here are often up on their good customer service. I appreciate that more than this expresses.
The food and coffee were very tasty.
I feel every time I go to this place the workers have the worst attitude. Your costumers shouldn’t feel like a burden. I started ordering online to avoid the interaction overall /:
Great little coffee shop. Tasty treats too!
Absolutely lovely staff and delicious matcha latte. Very cute and cozy ambiance.
Good selection (and quality) of coffees and pastries.
Best coffee place you can ever go in Grand Rapids.
Great coffee, pricey breakfast sandwiches but delicious. Different cakes and pastries available.
I came in around 3pm on Monday, September 26th. The two baristas that were working at the time were amazingly friendly, outgoing, and provided perfect customer service. They answered all my questions about the Abianno espresso. The drink was amazing! And the tiramisu was equally one of the best I have had. Thank you very much for your amazing product and the amazing service and kindness provided by your baristas!
Stopped in to see Artprize and got an amazing Spiced Caramel Apple Cider!!! The art was worth the stop too!! Baristas were so nice and helpful!
We showed up at 7:18 and they were already closed. I understand that there are staffing issues, but they should update their hours before we made the trip over there.
The service here is pretty rough, I just want to get some drink and go back home.. i didn't tip this server because I just order one drink and literally have no money and she looked at me and say "wow okay" like a bit much of attitude and my thai milk tea is tasted like water with food coloring.. honestly, I am not happy with it. I spend almost $10 and not even great service and bad drink. Thanks a lot sweet water.
Super chill place with great coffee! The dragon eye was strong and kept me kicking through the afternoon. Awesome little spot.
Literally dragged myself out of my depression hole with the motive to go out and get a lemon bar. I totally understand hours are hours, but if you're closing early at 2pm, then close early at 2pm. If you're closing at 1:30, don't post online you'll be open till 2. Between mass depression and a heart condition, worst 2 mile walk back to the depression hole in history. Not worth the effort of trying again.
