Good, quick coffee stop.
Went there for the first time. It was super quick, and I got the Peanut butter protein smoothie. MAN was that GOOD! Better than I expected, and even my partner said he was getting one if those next time. He had a redbull strawberry banana smoothie and that was good too
Horrible coffee & frozen burritos that they pop in the microwave, not to mention the free hair in it. Tried them once, won't be back. 🤮

The Caramelicious Blender drink is delicious! Prices are about the same as you would find at other chain coffee shops.
I recently tried a cup of coffee from Scooters and while a tad expensive, it was very good coffee and I knew I would come back. I came back on March 31st at 7:55 PM and was glad they were open. The 'OPEN' light was lit up so I drove through the drive thru only to be told they were closed. Look, I get it was very close to the end of their day but the place was obviously open and it wasn't 8:00! They COULD have easily just made me a cup of coffee, but instead turned me away during their hours of operation. There's definitely other places to go, so try and stick out as being GREAT at customer service and it may get you loyal customers.

If you are a serious coffee person, stay away from this brand. Ordered cappuccino, am sure it came out of an automated machine from a click of a button, horrible. The lady was kind enough to replace with an Americano, again, too waterryyy.. hardly any coffee. May be the sugary drinks with more than 300cal are great, but not for me. Staff are great 👍🏾
Very slow for a drive-thru, which was frustrating. But their coffee is so good, my new favorite!

$17 for 2 smoothies and a frozen burrito. I saw a review that said best prices and I disagree. I could go to the gas station to get this. Best by: Jan 9, 2024. They really just put this in a microwave. At least I know BiggyB down the road makes it fresh.
I was so excited when I heard we were getting a Scooter’s in Michigan! Awesome coffee and our barista was so personable and bubbly!! Definitely recommend!
A really nice addition to Plainfield. They are drive through only, which I really like. They are also very quick to get orders out the window so there isn't much of a wait

Bummed that the Redbull Infusion drinks & Nitro coffee aren't available in larger sizes.
Their drinks are good and cheaper than the nearest competitor. However, their hours are not to be believed. We've visited before 8pm several times and found them closed or closing early with machines shut down already. So, they are not actually open until 8pm.
Got my mom a coffee from here today. Asked for a sugar free vanilla latte because she is diabetic. Was given some sort of blended drink that was full of sugar. Then she spilled coffee all over my car when handing me the drink. After taking the blended drink we weren’t supposed to get home, there was a huge hair in the inside of the cup.
Scooter's is FINALLY in Grand Rapids! 🔥 This place is incredibly fast, the people are so awesome, the baristas clearly love working there and the iced or hot Carmelicious is AMAZING! Their baked goods and everything begal sandwich is soooo good too.. THEY ALSO HAVE PUP CUPS FOR YOUR DOG 🐶
Service was friendly, but there were grounds in my coffee and they didn't issue a receipt.
