Ferris is one of my favorite spots in GR. Great selection of snacks / candy. Establishment is extremely clean with a relaxing vibe.

Make sure to set a few hours aside to go to Ferris. Understaffed is an understatement.

Ferris House blend coffee is my favorite and when I'm in Grand Rapids I stop in to buy it because it's not available in my area. The staff is always pleasant and courteous.

Tons of choices, we bought party trays for all our employees. I think they are really going to enjoy them over the holidays. Service was great too!

The candy and nuts are all top tier. The cafe is cute, and most importantly the staff is kind, knowledgeable and makes cute latte art. They absolutely deserve to be paid more, all three regular baristas make a mean cortado. ☕

The coffee here was delicious. A bit slower than other coffee shops and more "corporate" style seating compared to the more soft seating and comfortable environments of other coffee shops, but there's low traffic so there's always a place to sit.

A great place with great stuff! Their dark chocolate covered almonds are too good to stop eating, the peanut butter is great, as well as the roasted cashews. Worth stopping in if you haven't been yet

They supply my work with coffee, and their colombia supremo is by far the most disgusting coffee I've ever had. You know the coffee is terrbile when you turn down free coffee. Even plain classic folders tastes better, and doesn't tear up your gut.

When you hang out in a pretty coffee shop you pay seat rental, more or less. So this spot is a good deal.
