Had a delicious Banana Berry Freeze during happy hour and was very pleased.
These baristas always do a very nice job, my drink is always correct and they're kind and conversational when I go in.
The coffee is always great. I do wish the employees cleaned more. Sometimes I'm the only one sitting in the sitting area for a while and they'll just be talking in the back when the floor is very dirty and the ladies bathroom needs a really good scrubbing.
I love this place good atmosphere and always happy to help. Wonderful customer service and good quality drinks. Stay caffeinaded
This location is the best! They are always kind and cheerful. They do a wonderful job with the drinks and even take on a challenge of a custom drink.
Ordered cappuccino with whipped cream received only half cup of coffee with nothing.
I went to buy gift cards for a Christmas party I was going to later in the afternoon. The girl behind the counter was sitting on her phone started making them and they gave me all scratched up cards oh, and put $10 gifts onto $50 cards. This would make it look like I was giving somebody a $50 card that I had already used $40 of. I went back to return them and get my money back when I noticed and they took the cards give me a receipt and never gave me my money back. As of yet I am still waiting for $65 and I've been talking to corporate and trying to get a hold of a manager at this location which doesn't seem to exist. I called the location and asked if there was a manager in or if I could have the owners number and he hung up on me. I would never go to this location again very unprofessional. And they still owe me $65
This location has super friendly people. Hard to find these days. Every drink is perfect.

Friendly folks and quick service. Nice selection of non dairy milk and some unique drinks ( for example a tumeric latte or a lavender iced drink). The vegan breakfast 'sausage' bagel sandwich was a bit pricy but a welcome vegetarian / vegan addition.

Ordered 2 iced drinks..one barely had ice & the other had zero ice— ice had melted & drink was not cold whatsoever when served. Workers disorganized & verbally arguing about how to make the drink & when to put ice in before/after the hot espresso yet still served the drinks poorly.
The employees there do a great job! They know their job. I normally get the Teddy bear latte. This is the best coffee I have had in a long time.
Okay so i used to work at a biggby in highschool, so i know very well this goes to the pump. I figured it was just ice while i was drinking my coffee. But then it was warm and i could tell something was in it. I cannot make this up, i seriously wonder how in the world the employees didn’t realize this was in my cup 😂😂 i normally never leave reviews but like come on guys…..
Always love this quaint little spot on such a busy section of town! Decent coffee, and the staff is always friendly! Always a table to sit.
