The wait in the drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous
We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes to get to the window, told additional 5 minutes for bacon, and order still wrong and lacking bacon. Had to ask for cc back. They didn't have our order in computer even though we were in drive through. Incompetent.
Went there on 4/7/23 and saw an employee smoking within 15 feet of the entrance on my way inside. The employee then came back inside and went right back to using the register and serving customers without washing their hands after they were just outside smoking! I left the lobby and went through the drive thru after that and will be seriously considering not returning to this location.
Poor service, good coffee and donuts though quite limited.
I have went here for years. The manager Dana is rude not very personable. The last time I ordered I said a number 10 and the cashier asked me what is that? One time I forgot to add on a hash brown and they said I had to go back around the line to get one. I also had found a hair in my hash brown. I’m thankful for biggby opening in Frankenmuth. They will be our new morning stop. After years of getting my morning coffee and my child her morning snack. I’ve had enough.
Coffee is hot. Food is fresh. Staff is friendly.
Best service I’ve had by far. Sarah Lattanzio was very polite and professional. I will definitely be coming back to this Tim Hortons.
It's a good Tim's always fresh
Online and even at the building on the windows it says they're open inside but when you go there to speak with someone they tell you it's closed even though online and at the building the facility has signs seen that dining room is open. False information that's why I've given the one star.
Thank The Good Lord there was good coffee in town! However this location does not serve cookies!!!! Heart breaking!!!
$1 for a cup of water even when u spend $8 on a meal. C'mon, owner. This hurts your business. Because it makes people not want to go there.
Brown and red color scheme. The avocado toast was passable, if pricey. Drinks were also fine. My partner wasn't pleased with the flavor of hers...we were told..." it's a coffee drink, and it's supposed to be coffeey." Thanks for that hint at a coffee shop. She asked for something hot chocolatey, y'all do hot chocolatey, right? Guess not, in a coffeehouse.
Great service, great food. Currently obsessed with the Sunrise Sunset drink. It's delicious! The grilled cheese panini is AMAZING! gotta get Tim bits as well!
During our last visit inside we waited in line for over 30 minutes before getting up to the register, when we noticed flies on the donuts in the front case. Most of the employees are slow and unpleasant and the food tastes stale and gummy at the same time.
I had to change my review this morning because the muffin wasn't quality. How hard is it to press some buttons on an oven to cook a frozen , muffin? Apparently pretty hard because it was still cold inside. Come on Tim Hortons, you have my favorite coffee , but fail at me at bloody muffin.
Pay $2.70 for a tiny little cup of hot chocolate that tasted like water, Supposed to have donuts didn't have anything.
Good ice coffee and good service and very friendly people.
Grabbed a quick lunch. Had the turkey bacon sandwich and a donut. Both were great
Restaurant had multiple flies flying around, swatting flies as we tried to eat, ended up leaving because the food didnt taste good at all. As we walked out the two people staffing the restaurant told us to have a nice day and were pleasant. Needs a good cleaning and some fly control I could only imagine what was on the open case of donuts. I lost my Appetite. 🤢
