Short staffed, service was not good. They double made some drinks because no one s we seemed to be in charge. Made food for some customers and then told others they were short staffed and could make food. Very unorganized and the staff was not friendly.
Waited 45 mins in store for an online order. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter someone made it and never announced it. Double the staff and don't do online ordering and this store stands a chance.
You get yr $$$ worth here!! All veggies & meats are very fresh.
Friday 5-19-2023 I went through BIGGBYs drive thru, Rachel was my order taker, she was very slow for me being the only car in line she then handed one drink out but then held on to our other one for a long time then proceeded to hang me out 3 items that were not mine.
I am a BIGGBY fanatic I worked for BIGGBY for 7 years and loved every second and continue to be a customer to this day but this location is not the best. I went this morning to order a coffee and a bagel and was told that they would not make any bagels because they were too busy never in my years working for the company did we ever turn a customer away because we were busy. Management needs to have a discussion with the barista staff about turning customers away from increasing their order because they are busy…. Guess I’ll go somewhere else for breakfast

I'm done going here. I order a 24oz hot mocha and sometimes the drink is filled to the top(when I ask for no whip cream) but sometimes it's not! My 24oz coffee today was a 18oz . I'm done buying expensive coffee to get shorted. I went into the manager to ask her to fix this issue because it's happened multiple times and she refused to make it right. Looks like I'm going to start making my own coffee at home that way I'm getting what I pay for😻

I’ve waited a long time to put this review in due to my love for biggby but enough is enough. I used to shop at the small biggby but they kept messing up my drinks, so I started going to this one in hopes that their would be better service. Unfortunately there’s not. Almost 4 years I’ve been in coldwater and 4 years I’ve been ordering coffee from this place, all I want is a frozen coffee that taste like coffee! I’m tired of them either being complete liquid or tasting like nothing but Ice! The manager of the store has made my drink a few times and it was awesome but you new employees need to be retrained bc your going to cost your business a lot of customers.
Was my first time at Biggby Coffee. it was okay, I might return.

Service is very questionable, ignored when entering the establishment, girls talking and gossiping. No hello no smiles, Just "what can I get you" with a monotone voice.
The girls in here do an amazing job! With the deal they have going for Black Friday, they are extremely busy and a little short staffed, but are still so positive! Thank you guys for all your hard work this crazy morning!!
AMAZING! I got the winter wonderland and it blew me away! The speed was fast, and it is better compared to Starbucks. I’m definitely coming back more!
While waiting on our drink order the staff had to remake all the orders ahead of ours. When we finally got our order it was wrong also. The lady didn't want to remake the order so she gave me a free drink card but for 1 drink when I had ordered 2. The help needs to be trained better.
Over priced. I like flavored cream...they have none. I ordered nothing, my friends...one ordered, one didn't. $$$$$
Just drove in from Tennessee and was excited to get some Biggbys but was disappointed from the minute we walked in. Staff wasn't very friendly, placed our order, walked over to wait and was disappointed how dirty the counters were. The counters where the coffee carafes sit had stuff spilled all over them, the counter where the trash is, was dirty as well. Asked if there is creamer, at which we got a yep, and handed the half and half carton from staff. No paper towels in the men's bathroom and the women's bathroom could use some cleaning. Hugely disappointed that this was our first stop in Michigan and this is what we got. Hoping the Lansing stores are much better.
