Waited 30 minutes for a coffee that was burnt. Do not go here!!!!!
Fast service. Very friendly and helpful. Second time in and have been totally satisfied with the value, service and deliciousness of our drinks both times.
The coffee and service are good. But whoever owns or manages this location clearly supports pyramid schemes. An incredibly tacky and gross glass fishbowl has been permanently installed at the drink pickup station. There’s a pen that’s probably never been cleaned once, attached to the fishbowl with a dirty, old ribbon. Also attached to the balloon ribbon is a stack of sketchy homemade cards asking for your personal info and in exchange you will be to entered into a “drawing for a free makeover”; but really they are just looking for vulnerable people to take advantage of to join their scam. It’s honestly off putting and I’m happy getting my coffee from Scoots or The Back Room these days.

Fast and delicious London Fog Tea. Service was friendly and efficient! Environment was clean and neat! Not as expensive as Starbucks and better than Dunkin.

They are always rude no matter what time of day it is or how busy they are. Loads of coffee grounds always in the cup and burnt coffee. Worst bigby in Michigan.
Every morning I take my daughter to school I stop in for a coffee!
It’s hit or miss here. Lately the drinks have been great, but the other morning everyone treated me like they wished I’d stayed home.
My husband ordered two Teddy bears one without cool whip he saw one and then he was like I ordered two one without cool whip where is it the girl was very rude and asked him if he paid for it which made my husband mad u. Yeah as one drink doesn't cost 16.00 she then got rude so more and then made the second one wow never going there again Starbucks here we come
The food was good. Coffee was Uber strong. Even with a ton of creamer it still was very strong.
Despite never ordering anything at this location, I can confidently say this is the best Biggby around. My wife loves this place and I know plenty of students who do as well.

Love it here even tho the the ppl behind the counter change when school does they get to know you quickly. They are so kind and handle any problem great.
Ordered a sugar free caramel marvel and they put whipped cream on it. Instead of asking them to remake it I scooped off the whipped cream and asked if I could top off my cup with a splash of coffee since they left almost 1/4 of my cup empty to make room for the whipped cream that should not have been on my sugar free drink to begin with. Instead of getting a splash of coffee to fill it she took my cup and filled it the rest of the way with half and half and now I have a nearly flavorless coffee.
My boyfriend has got me addicted to the honey cinnamon coffee. I love it. Friendly staff
