Great coffee, very slow only 3 cars a head of me in the drive thru and it took 11 minutes. Most mornings if there's more than one person in the drive-thru I am forced to drive by and not get coffee.
What's not to love? Always a happy staff and orders are always correct!

35 minutes on a Sunday for coffee. The worst customer service. Everyone acted brand new and had no sense of urgency. Absolutely the worst place to get coffee!!
waited in line at the drive-thru this morning for 45 minutes!after I got my coffee it wasnt even what I ordered!
If you have plans for your day, don’t plan on stopping here! By far the slowest service you will ever receive. Once you get in the drive thru line there’s no getting out. I’ve been in the drive thru for 50 minutes and still have one car ahead of me. What an absolute joke. *You’ll think the line is going faster than normal, but they actually just give you a number and it’s the same old waiting game.
I’ve been here twice, and it might’ve taken a little longer than other places, but good things take time. The staff is so kind and do their best to make people smile. So I asked to leave a $20 tip for them because they make me coffee and that makes me happy. This girl broke down crying because they never receive tips. It’s a shame that everyone demands coffee, but refuse to treat them like they are hard working people. We need them, and we need to do better. Thank you to the lady with beautiful nails who’s name is Tatiana, to the lady who made me a surprise drink and to the gentleman who rang me up. You guys are rockstars!
Food is fine but we were in the drive through for 30 minutes. And there's no way out of the drive through until you pick up. So slow.

Great coffee and other drinks. Ordering in the drive-thru is a bit of a challenge, as the staff can't understand you, and you can't understand them... Pull up and order at the window, or go inside.
Slowest service ever. There were about 5 employees but only 1 actually making drinks.
I ordered just 2 coffees and had to returned them twice cause they got it wrong. They wait was ridiculous too horrible service for the first time at this location!!
I am a regular here and the last 4 times my coffee has tasted like it was burnt. My wait time also gets longer and longer. Will not be returning in the future!
Biggby is a Michigan grown franchise and always a preference for us compared to Starbucks. Mondays $1 brewed coffee, Tuesday $2 tea, Wednesday $3 Lattes, $4 Bragel Thursday, and Friday free extra espresso shot. My favorite is the frozen Neopolitan, or if you prefer hot, try a Mellow Mochanut or Nutty Squirrel! Checkout their Instagram for coupons that come up periodically. Sign up for their emails to get more coupons and a free drink during your birthday month!
I used to be able to count on this location for my before or after class pick me up. Unfourtunatly the last 5-6 times I'd gone to this location my drink is wrong (wrong flavors, no flavor, wrong milk type, no whip) and the service is severely lacking. I hope that they get some better training and can bring them selves back up to the 5 stars I'd given before. In the meantime though I'll be heading to a Biggby 15 minutes out of my way instead and I'll try this location again in a few months.
I think this place is under new management, but the improvements didn’t last further than first impressions. The staff wasn’t trained and wasn’t helpful. I had a question at my Biggby card and she told me she had no control over how many points were in it. “It just does what it does.” Turns out, she had rung me up for a discount that I didn’t know about which was why I didn’t get a point for my drink, but I had to contact corporate for help with this. This could have been handled so much better by the staff at this location. My drink was also subpar. I couldn’t hardly taste the tea in my drink. Go to the Biggby on m-59 and airport. It’s worth your time.
I’ve been waiting for way to long. And blocked in there drive thru set up. They are running drinks out to vehicles . Though the staff is moving like molasses. Just wasting my time I guess. This is why I rarely come here . No one wants to pay for coffee. Then wait an hour to get it. That’s ridiculous and unprofessional . My drink better not be melted and watery.
Good place to grab a quick coffee. Nice shop and friendly employees. The only downside is the consistency. When getting a hot drink it's a 50/50 chance if you get properly steamed milk or just milk that's been heated. A latte just isn't the same when it doesn't have that foam for the first sip.
Owners are the problem!! The workers are not treated with respect nor decency.
One of the best BB franchises around: it’s the people, of course! Lexi and David are super pleasant, professional, and patiently helped us figure out our order. Got a Bragle and a couple specialty coffee’s, quick & good.
