Gave the new location a try... coffee was decent, but I shouldn’t be asked for a tip... if I want to give one, I will, being asked is tacky.

Unfortunately the new owners does not seem to care about the well being of their employees, as well as their customers. Wrongful termination. Have continued to read information from others amongst the community about termination of those in a wonderful and beneficial progam as well as termination as a hard working employee for caring about the health and safety of both her customers and coworkers. The new owners have let down the community.
Way to let go of your special needs community for your own selfish reasons. Will never be coming to this location again!
Love the new location for Alma Biggby!! Seems much more convenient and easy to access off the main road👍🏻 I always get the Turkey Havarti Bragel, it's the best!! And even tho I'm a coffee lover, I tried the Scuba caffeinated drink and WOW!! Now I get that instead of coffee!!😳 It's that good!!👌🏽😁

Highly recommend this Bigby if your in town. They are super helpful, take the time to listen and help you out if your not sure what to get. If it's not on the menu anymore they will look up what you want in their book and make it for you. Very good coffee, friendly people and environment.
The French Roast coffee is phenomenal, along with a choice of cupcakes as well. Always a great stop and the wait is only 2-3 minutes. Seating and table setting arecurrently limited, but enough for those who opt to sit while coffee is brewing. New ownership will be soon transitioning to a new facility across the street which offers a drive-thru, a service not available at its current location. They also offer breakfast bagel among other food item. Never a disappointment!
Management doesn’t care about community. Slow to respond to issues never return calls.
The new owners lack compassion, and have violated the law. They are discriminating against people with special needs. The ADA had very clear guidelines about this type of thing
Always pleasant workers, good coffee, and good deals. Excited for the drive through to open up.
Environment has turned so negative. Baristas never looked at me or smiled. Bad-mouthing others, rolling eyes at another barista every time she turned away. It has become a terrible experience to enter there. So disappointing after years of great customer service.
Ordered a straight up black coffee.
Cold drinks are mixed well, customer service isn't the greatest and drinks were made wrong

The three young ladies serving me just spent the entire time bad mouthing their coworkers. Made the visit uncomfortable. My drink could not have been mad fast enough. Very unprofessional and a disappointing experience
