Went here for some coffee and breakfast. The workers were very kind and helpful. I got one of the special lattes and it was soo good. I have also tried the breakfast burrito and savory scone, both of which I highly recommend!

Stopped in on my way out of town. The orange pistachio latte was so unique! The avocado toast and banana chocolate chip scone were DELICIOUS. Next time I’m in Salem I will be making a stop here!

This coffee shop is very quaint and wonderful. I ran into someone outside that seemed to think I was debating. She said the coffee was awesome and she was right.

The service is wonderful. They take careful care with their coffee. I wish they had breakfast longer, and they had a wider selection of food.

One of the best places in Salem to get your fresh breakfast needs and drinks taken care of. Friendly, attentive staff. Get the homemade pastries!

Such a adorable coffee shop located in the heart of Salems shopping street. Super wonderful staff. Great coffee. I love that they have fun flavors and unique drinks here.

Nice small lunch shop. Prices are as expected in Salem but be prepared to spend $6 for a grilled cheese. Was around $25 for a BLT, grilled cheese and two drinks. Overall, handy location and decently priced for the area.

I am being picky here, I know. But the reason I ended up staying in Salem this trip was because I wanted to go to a place where I could walk to get pour over coffee in the morning. When I got there, I was told the staff hadn't been trained to make it. Ok then! Sad too, as they carry Tandem Coffee which is 1 of the roasters I order from. The espresso was good. The sandwich was passable, though not amazing. There really is no ambiance because there is not a chair to sit down and enjoy the coffee & sandwich. I left feeling a little disappointed so I don't think I will be going back in the morning.

Came here a few months ago while me and my friend were on vacation in Salem, and I cannot express how awful of an experience this was. The staff laughed at my friends signature, physically holding up the receipt to a coworker. The chai was terrible, and the breakfast burrito was freezing cold and flavorless. I was absolutely disappointed at the service here, never coming here again on any future trip here….

Got a cinnamon toast crunch latte, delicious, the adult version of finishing the milk in a bowl of cereal.

Delicious menu options and extremely friendly staff. The honey-orange flavoring for lattes is divine, and there are several great options for a quick breakfast or lunch "pick me up". We visited here several times during our visit and were not disappointed once. I would personally recommend the Honey-Orange Latte and Breakfast Burrito (which is absolutely delicious) to anyone.

My husband & I visited Brew Box on our Halloween weekend visit to Salem, and we LOVED it! The coffee was amazing, and, although they were incredibly busy, the staff was so kind & provided quick service. 10/10 recommend! We wouldn't hesitate to visit again on our next visit to the city!

I’ve been in Salem for about two weeks and this little coffee shop has the best service out of anywhere I’ve been to thus far, sooo.

10/10 for food/drink quality. Biscuit breakfast sandwiches are amazing. During any other time I’m sure their service would be fine, but they dropped the ball this time. We had to wait 46 minutes to get 2 lattes. Originally I was patient because they “had a spill and were understaffed”. But after many people behind us got their drinks, I asked and it was clear they had forgotten, thrown out our order ticket or something like that. We weren’t the only ones. Wait times were easily 30+ minutes for pretty much everyone. Meanwhile, they had one employee stamping paper bags, and another picking out a new playlist of music. Not exactly the activities of a business short staffed and backed up. Unsolicited suggestions: get a 2nd espresso machine. And, if it’s super busy and the espresso is the bottleneck, have one person dedicated to pumping out espresso, not getting side tracked with other random tasks and drink prep. End of rant.

Amazing little place. Wonderful staff. We had two “cereal milk” lattes… (Milk steeped in the cereal of the day/week; that days was of the cinnamon toast variety)… and two egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Everything of the highest quality and taste! Huge shout out to the staff for dealing with us idiot October Salem tourists. They were as sweet as can be with a line out the door. Can’t wait to try it again during a different month.
