We took the 10 minute drive from Great Wolf Lodge with our 3 girls and I’m SO glad we did. The coffee was excellent, the breakfast sandwiches were excellent (the Portuguese muffins were so good) and so was the service. We didn’t order a smoothie but the selection looked great. What an awesome addition to downtown Fitchburg!
Very nice place, comfortable sitting. The flat bread breakfast sandwich was delicious, my wife’s avocado toast delicious as well, Columbian coffee was strong and good…will be back again…

AMAZING. The food was fresh and homemade. BEC was tastey and perfectly cooked. Their smoothies are delicious - the perfect amount of sweet or salty. Pastries and coffee were some of the best around. Well done by this establishment - excited to return! Staff were si very friendly and kind.
Just had the BEST breakfast sandwich I have had in a long time! Everything was fantastic and tasty. Will definitely be back!

Very friendly staff, products are amazing haven’t had a bad shake from them, they are all delicious, and the protein coffee is out of this world definitely check this place out!!

If you want refresh, quality ingredients with a knowledge staff this is the place to go! They have great flavor smoothies to pick from, seasonal treats and an awesome vitamin and clothing store. If you like to shop small and support local business, you definitely need to add Rise and Grind to your list!

Absolutely amazing shop. Not only the owner, but the entire staff go above and beyond to make your trip well worth it. Shakes are FIRE. I always buy something from their ever growing clothing line. And everything sold is quality (food, supplements, apparel). We buy 100% of our supplements from this shop and get shakes for ourselves and the kids when we stop in. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely love Rise and Grind cafe. I have tried multiple smoothies and their coffee smoothie and haven’t had a bad one yet. Love that they use fresh fruit and the customer service there is top notch. Even on days when I don’t have time to hit the gym, I will stop by for a smoothie. High quality protein, high quality smoothies and high quality service. Support local folks.
If you’re in the area, Rise & Grind is definitely the place to grab your protein shake! I personally had the Campfire shake and it was AMAZING! Great quality! Great atmosphere! Great people!
