I come here a lot and I’m from the area the wait is way to long and they always forget that I ordered food. It could be 30 minutes for a coffee. Not worth it understaffed
If the woman in the kitchen doesn't like her job why is she still there? We've tried ordering twice on two separate occasions and they're not serving what's on the menu. Tried to talk to her about it and we got nothing but eye rolls and attitude.
Fun place to shop for gifts. The coffee is excellent. Today I tried their spinach ricotta croissant. Delicious!
We made a detour to stop here while on a road trip based on the good reviews. Coffee was terrible even for the US, food was ok, servers were chaotic and stressed despite us being the only people there. We certainly wouldn't come back but it's still probably better than Dunkin' I guess.
The food was good, It was fresh and tasty. It was a little pricey but overall the experince was great!
This place is definitely a gem. While you wait for your meal you should walk around the store and check out the merchandise for sale.
Great coffee and breakfast at a great price! Come for the coffee and stay for the atmosphere and people!
It’s a cute little shop with a country feel to it. They have delicious coffee and their peanut butter cookies are the best.
Am not very impressed with the friendliness of staff. Have been visiting from out of town, and been in half a dozen times. Of the 3 people who have waited on me on separate occasions, one in particular is huffy and defensive. After purchasing 6 drinks, which happened in the first two visits, we were not even told about a customer loyalty card. When questioned, another counter person came up and said, "it starts today", a little annoyed it seemed. Since, the loyalty card isn't advertised, here is your heads up! Buy 6 drinks get the next free. Cute shop, decent breakfast burrito, ok coffee, customer service not always or consistently friendly. The Mayor should be made aware. Been in the hotel industry for 30 yrs.. attitude adjustments needed here.
Quaint, beautiful, clean and friendly shop in downtown Leominster! Lots of home decor, delicious coffee, fresh made baked goods and much more!
I stopped in for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The ham and cheese sandwich was delicious and so was the mocha. The shop is really cute and I appreciate the outdoor seating.
Love this place. Food is delicious. Service with a smile and lovely gifts and decorations to inspire happiness. My daughter and I love to stop in and start off the day in such a nice way.
Nice beautiful place good things to buy nice quick coffee coffee tonight nice workers
A neat place I didn't even realize was there until today. Coffee was great (got a hazelnut brittle latte), and a ton of neat local stuff, honeys, chocolates, postcards, and more. Very cool
Great coffee, Great food, friendly service.. and an awesome gift shop. Decent sized gem of a shop!
I love the ambiance of this coffee shop and the food and coffee is really good. I gave it a 3 star as it’s a 2 person staff and when I wanted to buy a gift item, the young girl in the cash register was rude and stated that I can’t buy those items as she’s busy. The rude girl knows how to make great coffee drinks but she just has Bad customer service.
Friendly people and kind of pricey but food is good I like the salad with the bowl of tuna in it it's about 7 Bucks
I was going here on weekends to buy coffee and look around the store. Well today was my last day going there. There was one lady working there with the worst attitude. Definitely unacceptable in my opinion that I almost walked out! While she was getting my order together, she was slamming things around. Who does that?!? I work in the food industry and run a retail operation. I would never allow one of ny employees behave this way towards anyone. Very disappointed with the service here. If I could give negative stars I would.
Love it there
Awesome avocado toast
