I loved the breakfast bowl I got!! The staff was super nice. It's not a super quiet place for studying, but it's definitely a super cute place for lunch. There were good options for someone with dietary restrictions too :)

Very nice casual breakfast spot. Great coffee, baked goods, and breakfast sandwiches on wonderful homemade breads. You place your order at the counter, and they bring it to your table when ready.

Stopped in for a quick bite before work. I had an americano, and the pulled pork breakfast bowl. Each ingredient had its own spotlight, and was cooked to near perfection (potatoes, pork, eggs, etc). Ended up leaving with a macchiato and raspberry scone as well! Wicked gooood, will be back again!

A wonderful little bakery/cafe in downtown Groton . The offerings are beautiful muffins; scones , very creative (and large) donuts, breakfast sandwiches, bowls and sides . Everything looked delicious ! A vibrant place to enjoy a latte or matcha, etc!

Few gluten free items and very expensive. Be aware of spices if you don't like them.

I went there with my husband yesterday. The place is very nice, the people and the food are amazing. The coffee is the best! Unfortunately my toast gluten free was very hard, I was waiting for a soft and fresh toast, but I will try again anyway.

A nice little Cafe and bakery. Breakfast sandwiches are must try. I tried the bread pudding toast (expensive) and pancakes and they are ok. Coffee and lattes are good too.

Every day I go there, I'm filled with goodness. Everything about this place is awesome. The food, ambiance, staff, and especially the family that owns it.

I have been looking for a place that sells bagels that are homemade, crispy with a bit of chewiness on the outside, light and airy on the inside. Little did I know it’s been 1 minute away from where I live! If you’re a big bagel person like me, definitely give this place a try. I have yet to try anything else besides their lemonade (which was very refreshing) but when I get myself to I am sure I won’t be disappointed. I just wish they were open everyday but super happy to have it in our town!

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but.. When you don't get a smile from the person who takes your order, or even when you go out of your way, to let them know how awesome your breakfast sandwich was, I just can't do it. Their brisket breakfast sandwich on focaccia was amazing and the Americana coffee as well as my cap we're truly a ☕ lovers Haven. But as for the woman who took our order at the register to even when I went back to compliment the food, man deer in headlights as if I really don't care. I'll go back and chalk this one up as she was just having a really bad day or personal issues because it came highly recommended from a friend at work who lives in Groton. Oh incredible amount of staff on Saturday morning and immaculate bathrooms.

I visited this Cafe this morning and got the chai tea latte and a Cinnamon bun. The latte was rich creamy and good amount of foam. The bun had delicious cream cheese frosting. The bun itself was little on the harder side so I only ate 1/4. The atmosphere was warm welcoming. Nice chairs and couch. It got busy late morning but it was good thing to see that do many visit. I saw the egg sandwiches and they looked large and plentiful. I would Def go back

My cold brew coffee was flavorful and robust without much acid - perfect for the style. My son's oatmeal raisin cookie was also a hit. My bagel felt lackluster without the chew crust and soft crumb you expect. The more uniform texture might be a consequence of roasting though - I am not sure. The cafe itself is open, airy, and comfortable. It is a very pretty space that feels like a cafe without resorting to looking like a Starbucks. I will come back for breakfast to try one of their highly rated breakfast sandwiches and get more delicious coffee. I would not come back just for a bagel.

Haven't been here since pre-covid. Food is still awesome (if not even better than before). Also shout-out to the chef/owner for actually caramelizing the onions. I hate when a menu item says caramelized onions and they come out sauteed. So thank you for restoring my faith in humanity via a breakfast sandwich

Every Saturday I go out and get my husband and I an egg & cheese on focaccia with a latte and wet look forward to it every time. Honestly their lattes are the best in the area and I've been to a lot of cafes. I love I can order ahead of time and pick it up. The worst part of the place is the parking but I won't hold it against them.

My wife and I went to Salt and Light for the first time today and we can’t wait to go back. The restaurant itself is very cozy and inviting. I had the pulled pork breakfast burrito and it was amazing. My wife had the lemon ricotta pancakes and they were the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I typically prefer savory over sweet for breakfast but I’d order the lemon ricotta pancakes again for sure. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and being introduced to his family who also work there. They were all very polite and you could tell they were grateful for our business. I highly recommend Salt and Light to everyone. Thank you for a great meal and awesome service. We’ll be bringing our family in very soon.
