Stopped by here today for the first time and had the BEST sandwich and coffee of my life!!! California Turkey sandwich was 10 out of 10 and the Vietnamese Coconut cold brew was outstanding! Highly recommend this place!
If coffee shops could be given an award, Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters won it. That's all I can say.
I recently started working in Greenfield, driving by the location it looked inviting. Wow I was totally correct, very high quality pastries and I went back for lunch sandwiches, most have been very good - past two Deluxe Grilled Cheese sandwiches, ( my 3rd and 4th) have been sliced cheese sandwiches- barely grilled at all - same server, perhaps preparer as well- order was to go so 10 minute drive later I’m disappointed- first time I thought it’s an oversight- 2nd time I can’t be the only disappointed customer- Taje it up a notch team !!
Yummy coffee drinks and friendly faces! Fast wifi in case you need to get some work done.
No space to sit down, it's def designed for pick up and take out. Best place for coffee and seasonal latte's .
The other branches have better mixed drinks (the raspberry truffle cold brew was a bit watered down), and they could use a fresh coat of paint, but the food is well prepared, the basic coffee options are fantastic, and they make great use of their space.
Great beverages, great bagel but who ever destroyed vegetable cream cheese by putting corn and peas in it should be fired!! Vegetable cream cheese can be a beautiful marriage if you stay out of the freezer isle!! Eww
Coffee is great but we waited 15 minutes for 1 cup of pump coffee. They need more staff and maybe someone over 20!
I enjoy this coffee shop strictly for their Christmas blend coffee and the sweet cold brew. Both are delicious and satisfying. As for their pastries and food, I am unable to give a fair review in regards to that as I haven’t tried either but I can say they make good coffee for the area of Greenfield.
Espresso is extremely bitter. Otherwise, friendly staff and the sandwich was good.
I ordered a lunch sandwich, a breakfast sandwich and a smoothie, it cost $27 and the only thing they got right was the smoothie. I asked for onions instead of tomatoes on the sandwich and they put tomatoes on it, I asked for no sauce on the breakfast sandwich and they put sauce on it. I don’t think I’ll ever be returning here again. Too overpriced for mediocre food and bad service.
A bit of a Saturday routine ... cappuccino and a bagel. A local classic, SFCR does the job with quality and character. Excellent! Hey, any day is good.

The breakfast sandwich and smoothies are great. Costumer service was horrible.
Overall nice place , but to expensive for what you get i will stay with Cumberland farms, and when i want a bagel burgers is my choice
Progressively more and more disappointing and constantly out of items. People from my work were going a few times a week, because it’s convenient. I will be looking for an alternative for us. I’m don’t paying $10+ for abysmal food and drink.
Ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich specified "cheese only". Received a sloppy sandwhich with bacon & tomato on it,,cheese was hard not melted. I didn't find out until i returned to my office. I'm a vegetarian so the whole overpriced 12.00 mess went in the trash. I'll never order food there again.

Shelburne roasters is the best coffee around . Unfortunately, the Greenfield “cafe” now only has 3 small tables 1 of which was occupied by someone working on their computer. I ordered the Northampton Breakfast sandwich which turned out to be very messy and I so it was very frustrating not to have having a place to sit down
