Good place for gas, and good snacks
They refuse to bag your items here. Ryan just gives you a paper bag and when asked to bag items, he refuse.

Great staff. Good variety
Coolers were filthy. Dust and dirt on top of the cans in the coolers. You’d think where I put my lips on the can would be somewhat clean

The store itself is quite nice but they switched to paper straws & there seems to be an unusually high degree of covid zealotry amongst the staff so it's a polite pass for me I'll be fulfilling my petroleum, coffee, & fountain soda needs elsewhere. Corporations need to be reminded that their stupid political virtue signaling don't occur in a vacuum us as consumers get to respond with our dollars & our feet so if covid zealotry & paper straws is your thing then more power to ya scumbys on fed st is right up your alley but it's not for me that's all.
The way one employee spoke to a paying customer was rude and I had to bit my tongue not to snap back at him I got my luke warm coffee and left you would figure with a dunkin next door the coffee would be at least hot
Very nice establishment and staff. Besides the short young girl with glasses. I have had numerous horrible experiences with her where she is difficult, and rude.

The service is great
When, I enter the store I notice it's clean, While, the friendly Associates always make sure they great you by saying hello. Amazingly friendly staff members, fast service, with lots of great food choices and coffee options! Oh... and there store brand ice cream is to die for, so grab a tub of that too! Thank you for servicing our community! 🧡

Cumby's is the place for quick service! Great selection of many desirable items! Get milk,bread,eggs,ice cream,chips,fresh pizza etc! Huge selection of coffee and soft drinks at a great low starting price with fountain drinks! Lottery is always popular here! Nice clean bathrooms! Don't forget to get gas!
This Cumberland Farms is great. It’s always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful, and unlike some other convenience stores in the area, I actively enjoy going to this one. Definitely one of the best ones around.
Very nice Cumberland farms gas station. Not too hard to get in and out of. This place can also be very busy and the parking can be lacking. Customer service is usually spot on and friendly. They sell pizza and sandwiches. There is also an outdoor eating area. This location also has DIESEL! Regular gas prices are fairly good. Cumberland farms also has an awesome air pump system. It's not free but it let's you set your pressure and fill to that exact amount. Definitely my favorite part of this station.
Great service and people, the staff know how to keep the place clean. ANd the gas prices are so wonderful that I dont even mind that a cashier tried to make me feel bad for stepping up to the counter after she said "Next in line". If you dont move in front of me for 30 seconds. Im next. 😘 (BTW if someone had said they were next, I woulda let em go. Im not a complete dick.)
Good gas prices and a great new store (they tore down the old building and built a completely new building ) for a quick stop to grab something to eat or drink when you're on the road.
Since when do you have to be 21 TO BUY A LIGHTER. im 20 years old and have been buying lights in fitchburg/gardner/athol/orange since i was 15. State wide law is you have to be 16. Idiots.
