Great location and view of the square. Layout was a little confusing but eventually figured it out. waffles are very good, good range of toppings, espresso ok, needed adjustment.
Our family loves Cannon and we frequent often- at least once a week but between my husband and I visiting it's usually more. I'm a big fan of their specialty drinks and appreciate that they regularly change them. The space is also super cute which is a huge bonus. Lastly, I can't say that I'be ever been disappointed by their food. Hagerstown is really lucky to have this coffee shop.

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Cannon Coffee puts me in the mood for a wholesome meal of goodness. The ambiance, menu, and space is just chef's kiss! Nearly every table had an outlet nearby, which really helped me since I was working from the shop. The internet speed was quick, and I felt comfortable to take up space for hours. Parking is one of my anxious points, and Hagerstown did a great job marking the road with parking signs and directions. I parked on Level 3 of the parking garage, and it was a quick walk down Artist's Way to get to Cannon Coffee. Highly recommend for the coffee, vibes, and easy parking!
Cannon’s staff is always so friendly and nice. A bit pricey for coffee, but delicious nonetheless and worth the cost. I’ve never had anything poorly from this place.

Best GF coffee shop I have found/ best coffee shop in general! It’s hard to find a place where I can have a specialty beverage and not get ill. But this place made it happen! And even my non gf friends and family are impressed! The coffee isn’t only amazing, the specials are fun and seasonally expressive ( as well as beautiful), and the offerings of gf waffles, baked goods, smoothies, etc is also awesome. You can’t go wrong. We feel lucky to have moved nearby!
Cannon is a great spot, the owners and the employees are fantastic people. The coffee is unique to the area, nothing else like it around. Their espresso is among the best you will find.
Finally a coffee shop in downtown Hagerstown! Love that this place is a block from my work! Tons of options for coffee or tea. They also have breakfast items but I come here to work on my laptop and order a Caramel Latte hot or cold. The ambiance is perfect for me to focus on my work or just to get away for a quick coffee break. They have good music playing over the speakers and comfortable seating. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can sit out in the patio and enjoy outside with a nice cup of coffee:)
The BEST! Delicious coffee, they have vegan baked goods, and it's the cutest place in town to hangout or work remotely.

Why do we love Cannon so much? Because they commit and deliver on every level. Amazing and delicious product-every time, lovely atmosphere, and the most genuine, patient, and kind staff you will ever find. We go regularly and have never been disappointed. A must-go in Hagerstown
Cannon Coffee is not only a place to get delicious coffee and treats but it’s also a place that gives you that sense of home. Chris and his staff are amazing and remembers the details from your name, to your usual drink selection, to even your story. Their seasonal drink and food options never disappoint and I love their adaptability and compassion for patrons with food allergies. I highly recommend that if you haven’t stopped in yet, you should!

I got the Caramel iced coffee with Oatmilk and it’s soooo good! Hands down the best place to get coffee, the owner Chris is super nice. Will definitely be coming here more often :)
Horrible customer service! Refused service with support dog. The dog is a 10lb mini poodle that I had in my hand. Which I made clear that the coffee was Togo. Either you serve the community or you don’t don’t pick and choose.
Outstanding service, ambiance, food and coffee. Great place to sit with someone and talk.
