A nice little coffee/Cafe shop to stop into. The coffee was kind of weak, and the soup was ok, and that's really the best way to sum up this place. It's just ok. The outside and decor is great, the staff was friendly, but they need to redo menu. Worth coming at least once though.
Unique and tasteful menu with friendly staff
Fantastic spot just off Rt70. Local cafe with great owner and Chef Adam. We stopped to get quality coffee and found gourmet food as well. The cafe is located in Joan Jenkins Sewing building … a number of cool shops under one roof. The old cafe 11:11 is no more, closed during Covid-19. The new cafe is now Frederick Soup and Comfort Food. Small menu hand selected by professional chef, we really recommend this place of looking for homemade food. Cappuccino rocked as well.
Lovely, relaxed little cafe and very friendly staff; unique teas and coffees; outdoor seating amidst beautiful flowers; affordable prices; bonus was the cute dog that knows sign language!
Friendly service and I liked the baked goods
Just reopened. In an amazing arts district in an old granary. Great stories with building owner Joni helping Adam get going running a business after working in the back before elsewhere. Want to make a difference in the community — great for locals and visitors This is a great place to go for a coffee and more as get going again in our post-pandemic world. Currently testing the waters with their reopening and hours are bound to change. Th-Sun 11-4 for now!
Good waffles and coffee, simple but decent sandwiches, very chill relaxed vibe.
Stumbled upon this nice little café for the first time today. The building has been around for ages, but under different names/businesses (most recently Gravel and Grind, I believe). They've recently come under new ownership and are working hard to get the place back up and running, according to one of the owner/partners I chatted with. When I walked in it felt like I'd walked into a friend's house. It was cozy - like a living room - with couches, a pile of Christmas lights waiting to be untangled and strung, friendly people and a sweet dog wandering around. I ordered 2 coffees to go, was pleased they had almond milk, and loved the artisan syrups. They were cooking gluten free waffles and asked if I'd like to try a piece while I waited for my drinks. The waffles were delicious! Really good people, coffee, and vibe. Looking forward to going back.
Great coffee and service!
Technically haven't been there. They let a dog run around loose in there so I question the sanitation.
Really good place. A bit pricey, but the cortado is worth it.
I’ve been by a few times in the last few months in the morning near open. 11:11 had never been open when I went by. The sign says they open at 8 on weekdays and 9 on weekends but the open light has not been on and it’s been dark inside. Out of the 8 or so times I’ve been by I’ve been able to go on twice. Once after waiting about fifteen minutes for them to open the door. The coffee has been good but it seems like they should just change the time if they’re not able to open when they say they will.
Great people, great coffee. Treat you like family... Couldn't ask for anything better.
No espresso...what's the point......
Nice place for intimate gatherings.
So inviting and so friendly. Bagels were very fresh! Great place for photos as well.
Great waffles, sandwiches and coffee. The atmosphere is great as well. One of my favorite spots to get a quick bite.
Love the atmosphere. Very homey feeling. Good tea selection and great syrups for coffee. And the waffles...the churro waffles are dangerously delicious
Great atmosphere, good coffee, and wonderful staff. Try the house-made sage peppercorn syrup, I was pleasantly surprised
I really have enjoyed this place and their coffee on the many occasions I have visited. The outdoor seating is one of the main reasons I come as it’s a quiet and peaceful place to get work done. However, my last visit was not very enjoyable as the outdoor area was very messy with pieces of trash and food remnants everywhere. I can understand if it’s a bit busy and no one is available to clean up right away after a table just left... but no one was there. Understandably so. There was also a few cats- 2 of which were very friendly and I enjoy having around- but one that was very aggressive towards me as I was trying to find a seat with a clean/ nonsticky table that wouldn’t bother them. The deck too was not much better as there seemed to be clumps of animal hair (from the cats?) and more food and trash as well as boxes and trash from next door. I did also see some poop (cat?) in the mulch area eat where one table is too. I ended up having to leave. I’m sure the inside was perfectly fine- but I never went in as the state of the outdoor area was too overwhelming to even contemplate ordering anything. I really would like to continue coming back here as I look forward to sitting outside and drinking some of the best coffee in town- but a basic sweeping and general cleaning/ maintence of the cat area must occur!!! It has me questioning what the cleanliness of the whole cafe is...
