Amazinggg large gluten free cookies! Crispy on the edges, soft and chewy on the inside- the perfect texture. Highly recommend even if you aren't gluten free. They also have amazing and unique flavors of scones, muffins, frittatas, etc. Adorable little stop. 10/10

Amazing - would sleep out in the parking lot every morning if I didn't have a family at home to eat their pastries and drink their coffee - you must go!

Always a hit! I love to get an iced black eye before I hit the trail.

Great little coffee shop in the heart of old Ellicot City. Great prices. Although indoors was a bit snug, they have a nice little outdoor space as well

Love the atmosphere of this place and the baristas are always so friendly and genuine. The beverages here are on point amazing! I do wish they would be open a bit later as closing at 3-4 is UNGODLY early and it can harm their business as they have the potential to do so much better if they had later hours.

Satisfaction! Marvelous. After stopping by another cafe on Main st (starts with cozy), I could not eat that food. Did a quick search and stumbled on Old Mill cafe. The food was fresh, tasty, exactly what my body deserves. Got a pesto spinach egg on an English muffin - yummy and healthy. Thank you for making my trip to Main st worth while and giving me sheer joy!

Great place to stop for lunch or coffee. My wife and I walked Marley our mini poodle up New Cut Road to to Hillsbourgh and back then had lunch. She had the turkey and cheese while I had the BLT, both delicious. We sat on the patio with Marley and enjoyed the sunny day.

This is the first time we come to Old Mill Cafe, after reading these good reviews we decided to give it a try. Un fortunately we werent that lucky. The girl in the cashier (taking the orders) was kinda rude, making faces, I really dont know if she was in a bad mood that day... The Sandwich I ordered was delicious, however it was over toasted. We also got a plain bagel with cream cheese and also the bread was over toested, almost burnt. Maybe the toaster is messed up or they just forgot about having the food in the toaster... who knows. There are only a couple of tables inside, I guess this is due to covid. Coffee was "OK".

Always a pleasant breakfast and coffee. Few seats inside, so can't always count on a dine-in. Steps from Trolley Line Trail if you want to grab a coffee and take an easy stroll.

My daughter takes me here on weekends. It's the special treat. Food an ambulance are perfect for a restful breakfast.

I'm a foodie, but I have to say that I'm not really picky. I could try almost anything at least once and if it is good - I truly enjoy it. However I have a colleague who is VERY picky with what he eats. This morning I had a rare chance to hang out with this man for brunch and we both like to visit "local" vs "chain", so we came to Old Mill. We both went with different kinds of bagel sandwich. Long story short: after most of the sandwich was gone, my friend's exact words were, "I'm not even cappin'.. THE BEST BAGEL SANDWICH I EVER HAD"! I concur. That is as many stars as you can give. Thank you Old Mill. Keep it going!
